The Allergy Clinic-Pearland

I chose to come to The Allergy Clinic in Pearland because it’s right by my apartment, but that is the only convenience. I never know which doctor I am going to see, because they have so many physicians there.
There are 2 front desk ladies, one of them has the worst attitude ever. She never has a smile on her face, she’s rude and not helpful (the African American one). My insurance changed and needed to get my PCP’s referral to go see my allergist to give me a different prescription for my allergy meds. On the morning of my appointment I called to make sure my referral has been sent, they told me my PCP claims that i was never there. Which was not true., because I had just went to see my PCP on Thursday. They said they tried to call me on Friday, but they never did, nor did they leave a message.
I have a very busy and demanding job, I can’t always take off during the week to get my doctor’s appointments in, I can only do it on the weekend. Because of this incident, I couldn’t go to my appointment that was supposed to be today (Saturday) at 10. Now I will have to wait another week. Actually, no, I will need to find another allergist to go to. The hell with this place.
If their physician didn’t screw up on the why he wrote my allergy pill prescription in the first place, I wouldn’t have to go through this.
I will never go back because their office personnel are incompetent.
Yes, I am mad.
p. s. There are 2 nurses that work in the clinic, they are SUPER NICE, I appreciate them very much.
