Taylor Made Custom

The owner Scott Taylor Aune is a con man. He is a thief! We ordered a custom made dining room table from him. After being late by a month from the original promised date, he delivered the table that wasn’t really what he promised us or what we agreed on. However we were OK to get something finally. One thing we asked him to fix was the finish — as it looked all bubbly and very poorly done (didn’t look like it dried completely neither) — just asked to repolish the table. His men took the table back and he disappeared. Took our hard earned $ 700 and disappeared. Blocked our phone numbers and never responded to any of our communications. No money, no table. BEWARE! Look for another reputable business. Save yourself from aggravation. We are suing him and his business now.

I paid $ 3500 for Taylor Made Custom to build 2 4′ x 8′ doors. When the doors arrived they were 5″ too narrow and 4″ too short (total). As a result of this mistake, the doors would not fit in the opening so I had to pay a handyman $ 435 to build a frame around the opening so that the doors would fit. Taylor Made Custom promised to pay for the frame since the mistake was their fault, but required an invoice and photo proof of the frame. Once I had provided this information for them and asked them to send me payment for the frame, they replied «no thanks, take care!» After submitting bad reviews online, I then received a threatening phone call in which Scott, the owner, personally said «I know where you live, don’t F*** with me, you’re not getting your money.» If you want the job done right, do not choose Taylor Made Custom. They will custom build the product how THEY want it, not how YOU want it.
