Once again Taqueria Nopalito did not fail. Food was great, fresh OJ was really good too. The wait staff has always been very nice, but today we met Lucy, super sweet! Thank you!

Stopped in for breakfast on New Year’s Eve. This little place is great. The variations on Huevos dishes are extensive. Very fresh food. All 3 of us ordered something different and were not disappointed. The only thing we were surprised with was the price of our classes of orange juice. It was not on the menu but we could order it. The juice was great, hand-squeezed. However, it was $ 4 a glass. We should have asked before ordering. We will eat there again.

Standard Mexican food done deliciously. We enjoyed everything we tried, especially the hot and freshly made tortillas and chips. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was very friendly! We will definitely be returning!

The ONLY reason I gave 2 stars is because this place is very clean and cute inside. The service was mediocre but overall, appearance was pleasant. Otherwise completely disappointed. Living in Houston and married into a Hispanic family I have developed quite a tongue for Mexican food. And unfortunately El Napoltito in Pearland was one of top 5 worst Mexican meals here. Chips were very oily. But, I Ordered the queso to immediately see that it was jarred cheese sauce. Terrible. So since that’s normally my first indicator(if the queso sucks) I order lightly in case the food is equally as bad. I decided to order chicken flautas, with rice and beans. Since my husbands and 2 of ours kids plates came 10 minutes before ours, I had already began to be aggravated. The flautas were similar to taking a shot of vegetable oil. While the chicken, or lack there of, was dryer than the rice. The retried beans were also immediately able to be detected as canned. My kids orders food(torta, cheeseburger, and red sauce enchiladas) and they appeared to like theirs, but they agreed it was not up to our usual liking. My husband hds ordered a supreme burrito. Besides that being he size of a newborn baby, he likes it until about halfway through. The meat was only in he first few bites. The entire outer portion of the tortilla was filled with nothing but lettuce, beans, rice and cheese. Was really rooting for his place so we didn’t have to drive back to Pasadena or South Houston for some authentic Mexican, but that hope was shot down tonight. No Bueno El Napolito.

Went here on a Sunday, place was full(I was guessing that was a good sign, but boy were we wrong!). The typical chips and salsa were brought, the chips were cold and stale. They give you two salsas, a red and green one. Both were watery and tasteless. When the food finally arrived, the waitress tells us that they ran out of nopales(cactus). Really? You tell us this AFTER you bring us our food??? Most restaurants tell you that they ran out something BEFORE serving their food, NOT after. What is that about? The waitress didn’t even bother to inform us about that, I think it was very shady of the restaurant to charge us for an incomplete plate of food. The food wasn’t even all that great. This will be the first and last time we come to this place. Oh, and the beans tasted like canned refried beans, no thanks!

As far as breakfast goes, if you are looking for authentic Mexican food, it is the best in town. The food is great tasting, the service is even better.

Went for Sunday breakfast. First impression good since parking lot was 2⁄3 full at mid morning. Came in and were promptly greeted and told to sit wherever we wanted. Dining area décor was clean and bright. Can’t speak for restrooms. Chips were good… crispy and on the thicker side. Green and red salsas. Salsa cups were smallish but flavor was good. Green was spicy. Red was milder and more like fresh pico than salsa which was refreshing. Coffee was hot and good. OJ tasted fresh squeezed. Food came shockingly quick which was a nice surprise. Wife really liked her machacados nortenos despite eggs being slightly overcooked. I had menudo which was really tasty. Corn tortillas were homemade and awesome. Kids had pancakes(good) and quesadilla(too much cheese per my six yr old but all but two bites were eaten). Pay at the front by telling them your table number. I told my wife in the car that price was about $ 5 more than I’d typically value for dine-in breakfast. In hindsight it probably cost about what ihop or dennys does. The overall experience was pleasant and we’ll be back!

When there is many people they add lots of water to the salsa. The service is good. They need to work on type of variety referring to the menu.

Great taqueria in Pearland. We have been here twice and it has yet to disappoint. First time we came here we had breakfast and this past time we had lunch. I enjoyed the pastor torta while the rest of our group enjoyed everything they had too(mini tacos, taquitos, and caldo de pollo). Plus this place is great bang for your buck. We will for sure be back again.

My husband and I ate here the other day and the food was excellent. I had a beef taco w/cilantro and onions and ordered a side of rice and beans. My only complaint is that both salsas were crazy spicy to the point where I couldn’t eat them(admittedly I have a low tolerance for spice, but my husband confirmed they were spicy, especially the green). The food came out quickly and our waitress was attentive.

We walked in on Mothers Day with the line out the door and we were seated within 2 minutes. We sat down, we were immediately given chips and salsa. We ordered. My childs kiddie in less than 5 minutes we had it. Our meals in less than 10 minutes! I was astonished with the fast, but great service!

This place is disgusting I saw a roach under the table where I was eating. I immediately notified the waitress and manager who did nothing. Mind you, neither one spoke English. I wasn’t asking for a free meal which by the way was not offered any way, I just wanted reassurance that it would be addressed. The manager did absolutely nothing, he looked at me like I was wasting his time. I will not be back. Please beware of this filthy restaurant.

We decided to go for brunch this past Saturday. The food was pretty delish. I had chilaquiles and my husband had the chorizo con huevo(Mexican sausage and eggs). I absolutely loved their green sauce. It had a nice kick and the red sauce didn’t fall far behind. Overall pretty good. I am definitely going back. :] The one thing I didn’t care for was their horchata. It was definitely not memorable. So much that I can’t tell you why I didn’t like it. Lol But I usually suck that sucker down and I left half a glass because I didn’t care for it. And our waitress had to be asked a few times to do something before she actually did it. :/

I was really rooting for this place, it has nice mexican décor and good lemonade, but that’s it. I tried there menudo and was bland(strike one) I tried there huevos rancheros and salsa on the eggs were eh? also needed some taste(strike two) beans were ok though I came with my family for lunch and the food seamed like frozen dinners and the SALSA sucked!!!(strike three yourrrr out!). Please mexican restaurants, you should at the very least have good chips and salsa. The salsa is raw salsa and very tasteless. Please Nopalito, you have potential, please fix you salsas!!! I’m still rooting for ya, because your service is good.

I was expecting the quality to be above average. Poor service, cold refried beans, yesterday’s and today’s menudo mixed together. Enough said. I will try again in 6 months.

I tried the chicken quesadilla, and my friend had the chimichanga. The queso was not very good, rice was good. The green sauce was a bit spicy. The red sauce was very thin and like pico de gallo, but tasty. I will be back to try the breakfast! The chorizo breakfast taco looks great!

Chips and green salsa = Delicious **Of course, nothing compares to Pappasito’s chips and salsa. ;) I can eat 10 jumbo ziplocs of those in one sitting! ;)
