The little hispanic manager or barista there is so rude! She skips over me today to get a free drink to her«guy» friend right behind us! There was two customers ahead of us and she goes and says hi to him. Ask him“is it the usual”? Grabs a cup and makes him a drink right away. Never rang him up and totally skipped two customer that have been standing in line. After she finishes she continues to gossip while both customers standing there staring at her. Really? Where is upper management in this so called Starbucks joint??? Please help get this girl fired!

The employees at this location are very kind and wonderful BUT the drive-thru is always slow. Wait is always 15+ minutes(even if it’s just 4 cars). It’s not uncommon to see cars leaving the drive-thru because they are tired of waiting.

The wait time here is horrendous. I have waited 12 minutes for a latte before. I refuse to ever go to this location again. I would rather suffer a caffeine headache than go here!!!

There is always a line in the drive thru. It moves very slow. They always seem to be short staffed. I’ve waited 20 minutes in the drive thru before. When placing my order they never tell me my total which is annoying especially when paying with cash.

Not very clean! Lots of flies on the chairs because they are sticky and the flies are attracted to the syrup. Also the floors and tables are filthy ! They weren’t that busy so someone could have been sweeping and wiping tables and chairs down

This Starbucks has messed up my drinks inside and as well as through the drive through. Through the drive through I ordered a decaf non fat French vanilla latte very simple, no additions. They gave me a mocha latte. How do you get a mocha out of French vanilla? Every time I go through the drive through I ended up pulling around because they leave one thing out of my drink or it is half empty with foam in it. I have one of the simplest drinks you can order and they have managed to mess it up every single time, seriously. It’s like they don’t listen to what you order or they don’t care or they are so unorganized it’s impossible to get the right drink. It takes them 30 minutes to remake your drink as well. Pretty embarrassing being an ex employer from the company.

Okay… since when does a French Vanilla latte sound like Mocha latte? Every time I go to this SB my drink is wrong. I’ve had the drive through remake it before driving off and it still ends up being wrong. I’ve tried going in to order, my drink still is wrong, and I’ve driven home and driven back with the wrong drink in order for them to fix it. They never apologize and take forever to remake it. The drinks cost way to much for all of the mistakes they make. I love SB, but will not return to this one.

Ordered three caramel ribbon crunch only to get to the window and there’s no crunch. This wasn’t new information for them, however they didn’t feel obligated to share as I ordered. This isn’t the biggest problem, the problem was the careless attitude of the worker and the manager. There were no apologies for lack of communications. They even acted as if we were wrong for not wanting to drink a different drink from what we ordered.

Slowest and least friendly Starbucks in the area! Not very clean either. The drive through service is horrendous. Luckily there’s one only a mile away at Pearland Parkway and Beltway 8 that’s exceptional.

First time to this Starbucks location. I ordered two frappuccinos, mocha and a green tea. The drinks were made correctly and I received them pretty quickly. The staff was very friendly… Unfortunately though, I do have a pretty big complaint. The restaurant lobby itself was noticeably dirty, even more so after sitting down. Trash was sitting out and the floors were littered with straw wraps and used stirrers.

This is the second time I have gone to this Starbucks and both times my order was not made correctly. This time, I asked for no whipped cream. I saw the employee put whipped cream on the drinks. He then poured extra hot chocolate over the whipped cream to hide it. I confronted him and he lied right to my face. He said«I almost put whipped cream on them but I stopped.» I told the manager and she really could care less. There are too many Starbucks around to give your money to this one!

Coffee is good compared to other locations, small location. You can tell they don’t sweep or mop very well. Place is dusty and not thoroughly cleaned. For being here early in the morning place dirty.

The baristas for the most part are pretty friendly. When you become a regular they remember your order, which is always nice! They never mess up my order. This location is really busy on Fridays, very long line in the mornings! They have a lot of seating options. The drive through can be long somedays(6 – 10 cars) so if you don’t want to wait 15 mins, just go inside and get your coffee! It’s very clean inside. This is probibly my favorite location. They even have a patio, which is nice for when it’s cooler outside.

Its a very spacious and clean Starbucks! The employees were friendly, and the drinks were made up to par. It didnt take long for the drinks to be made either. We tried to order a drink in the venti size, but they didnt have anymore cups in that size, so they actually gave us the larger size! I cant remember the name exactly of that size but it starts with a T. I just dont like how the customers like to stare so much.

Look, I’m really not one to complain. I’ve come to this specific Starbucks enough, they’re okay. In terms of quality I’d say they’re pretty consistent for the most part. I don’t think the staff is so bad, either, but this one instance was enough to get me to want to get on my soapbox. I get that lines are long in the drive-thru, especially in the morning when people are trying to get their daily dose of caffeine, I get that people won’t know my schedule or anything, so there was no way that poor girl could have known I was running a little late to work, that was a decision I had made and understood the consequences for. The line was pretty long; there were eight cars in front of our car. We waited, hoping to attain the caffeine order we had foregone being on time to work for, making it all worth it. The truck in front of us was there for a bit longer than we would have liked, but c’est la vie, right? It seemed that maybe that customer was a bit chatty, but who am I to say? When it was finally our turn at the window, I was relieved that we would finally get our order. We pull up to the window, the boy* had his cellphone ready on their Starbucks app so we could just charge and go, the girl at the window says«$ 10.36, please!» And the boy realized that they probably got the order of the orders wrong so he says«Actually, we just ordered a tall caramel frappuccino.» In an almost unapologetically forced cheerful way, she replies, «Looks like we skipped you.» We were in a rush so the boy just said to not worry about it since we were running late, and we drove off. To say that I am put off is an understatement. That girl at the window was one part passive aggressive one part unprepared and it was just shitty in general. And that’s all I have to say about that. *= my significant other
