This is the absolute worst sonic drive-in I have ever been to. The service is slow and the order is always wrong. The manager, while he tries to be appropriate, makes excuses for their poor service. He often asks you to come back again so they can do better and they never do. Don’t even waste your time!

I wish they had negative stars so I could give them a NEGATIVE5 stars!!! The most inconsistent food and service that a franchise could possibly have!!! They are the closest franchise to my house and I will now drive an extra 3 miles to visit the other two locations that deliver consistent food and service, no matter what time of day of my visit. I go to Sonic for the Sonic blast mostly. I can tell you that 4 out of the 10 visits they are out of ice cream or cleaning the machine during the busiest times of the day? I have had them tell me that the machine is being cleaned an hour before closing because the lazy staff obviously wants to get out as soon as they close, and not stay late to clean the machine after business hours! There have been times after waiting 25 minutes for two ice creams to get home and notice that they are basically vanilla ice cream with nothing mixed in to the ice cream? WTH? I don’t know if that is just laziness, stupidity or just being cheap and skimping on the toppings. Every other location, this has never happened, not once. Always plenty of toppings mixed in to the ice cream with plenty of whipped cream on top. Just like the picture. Unlike this franchise where you can possibly get no whip cream topping? I have never gone online to give any rating, but I feel like people would like to know a little bit about this location. BTW, I mentioned in a very nice way when ordering one of the sonic blast, can they be sure to mix in the toppings because the last time I was there it look like there was nothing mixed in. I got home and to my surprise it was pretty much no ice cream again! What a surprise!!!

Went to get their special for 79¢ cheeseburgers around 8:30 pm, so it wasn’t too busy. Took them about 20 mins to bring the order, which is slow for a not so busy time. I ordered my cheeseburger with no pickles or onions. I open my wrapper and I smell a strong aroma of onions, which I see they put in my cheeseburger. They put the onions even though I ordered no onions. Even the receipt specified no onions! I’ve been to this location in the past and they’ve had better service then. Now it’s going downhill. They need to straighten up with their orders! The next time they do that with someone else’s order, it could be someone with a food allergy to something they’re not supposed to eat added to their food. Not coming back to this location anytime soon. And not recommending it to anyone for now either.

On Christmas Eve at 5pm, I went by this sonic to feed my family of 4 and guests of 8 before going to the 6pm Christmas Eve church service. After sitting at the drive-in menu for 10 minutes without being acknowledged, I drove around the drive thru to the window. The window attendant ignored me, and then finally another lady came to the window and said they were closed. So a couple of issues here…1. Why is there a sign on the window saying you are open until 6pm, but at 5pm you say you are closed? Is the sign on Eastern time, and you are on Central? 2. Why wouldn’t the order taker, come on the mic while I was at the drive-in menu and tell me they were closed, instead of not saying anything? 3. Why did the drive thru window attendant ignore me, why not just tell me you were closing early? 4. Last and most important, if you are closed, turn off the lights for signs and drive up menus. It’s not just during happy hour when service is slow. EVERYSINGLETIME I go, the drive thru is backed up. I’ve yet(knock on wood) had a bad experience food wise, just the service is too slow. I have left the restaurant bc I already waited 10 mins or longer.

All the kids wanted was a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard. Sat in drive through for 10 minutes and it wasn’t moving. Backed out and parked in a stall. ordered two small chocolate chip cookie dough blast. Total was $ 10. Are you kidding me? Too expensive but it’s for the kids. Not sure how you can charge that much for ice cream. Waited 10 minutes and keep in mind they aren’t busy at all. Lady came out and said they are out of cookie dough. If I wouldn’t have already paid I would have left and gone to dq. Last time coming here. Slow slow slow service

This restaurant has the worst customer service. Sat waiting to give my order and when I finally ask what’s taking so long they tell me they’ll be with me shortly. Then they ask if I’m leaving. I was tempted to ask for the manager as the low-class minimum wage people inside laughed as we drove off. I guess they’ll always be low class no matter where they work. Go somewhere else or get a new manager.

Service is extremely slow. This location is very unorganized, poor management. I had to wait on a hot dog for more then 20 minutes, due to the employees getting my order wrong. Stated that they would fix it waited numerous minutes finally I had to call in and ask what the hold up was. Told me it will be right out. Eventually I called the corporate office to complain about my experience at this franchise while waiting on my order. The employee eventually brings out the order and informs me that it will be free. I felt as if more could have been done. Stay away from this franchise slow service and poor management!

Horrible food and customer service. I would say come to get a drink but even that tastes like crap. Every time I go it takes 50 years to get anything. Once, I pulled up to the window only to find the lady twirling in cirlces. I kindly told her«once you are done spinning, i am ready to pay». Another time, a girl had a very long red weave… needless to say, i found a red hair in my food. Once upon a time, a young teenage boy worked there named Andy… Andy was a blessing. Sadly, Andy is gone and this Sonic has returned to being a crap shoot. Sonic. The place where everything tastes like poison and workers spin in the window.

Attempted to get food from this location, but they were closed 20 minutes Before the posted closing time. I spoke into the drive thru speaker — no answer. I drove up to the drive thru window and gave a quick toot of the horn and sat there to watch the person inside completely ignore me. Nice job. I guess they wanted to go home early. Will not return. Promise.

WARNING: Do not go here!!! I found a bug in my banana shake. I called to let them know and I was asked, «Do you want to just come and get your money back?» When I asked for a manager I told I was talking to one!!! I also called the corporate office to report this after I recovered from the pure disgust of finding a very large bug in the bottom of my drink. I am still waiting on a return phone call. I think it’s safe to say I will never go back!

While convenient, this Sonic is not as good as most. I got a drink from here that tasted like a burger patty had been dropped into it. I cringe whenever I see the same employee that took my money make my drink and food without washing their hands.
