Bought a Kenmore 3 months ago and unit has been out for 3 weeks with repair order number 4 scheduled. Never purchase from Sears as they do not back their products leaving home owners to bear the cost during lengthy repairs. In addition customer service is very poor and not willing to help.

DONOTBUYFROMHERE! It’s not really Sears, it is an individually franchised store and Sears has a really hard time helping you with any issues you may have with anything you buy here! I have spoke with 12 different people about my dryer that was installed one week ago improperly! These people do not care about helping you, you will forever have a run around on the phone! I will never purchase from this store again. They give Sears a bad name!

Just purchased a new GE washer here and my experience was fantastic. My salesman(Jay) was patient and knowledgeable about the products. He bent over backwards to help me. The new washer was delivered and installed today and the old one was hauled away. I’ll definitely return for any future appliance purchases.

The worst customer service ever!!! The salesperson wrote up the delivery of our front loader incorrect! We were told that they would deliver, hook up the new one, and haul away the old one, except the salesperson made a mistake, and wrote to deliver and leave in box!!! What??? The delivery team refused to remove the old one, and left the new one sitting in the middle of our living room! I wish I could post a picture. They said we need to call Customer service to get it installed. After wasting the entire day on the phone, and getting no where with six, yes six different customer sales reps, the loader still sits in my living room! We’re a long time Sears(Kenmore) customer, but they lost us forever! I should have listened to my neighbor when he said Sears has become an awful retailer, and we should buy from Lowe’s instead!

Purchased washer and dryer stated we are building our home. Asked if they would be able to HOLD our units until we are ready for delivery. Was told absolutely no problem. Called to schedule delivery was told no problem. Get a call the next day to find out they sold OUR units to others. So my option is to purchase a SMALLer washer in PURPLE or white for the same cost. Or pay additional money and still have to wait on the delivery. Staff didn’t care that the company is at fault. Very very very poor service. Incompetence at its finest. Wish I could do a negative star!

When it comes to purchasing appliances for the home, one would benefit by beginning their search at Sears. Sears carries a large selection of the best brands(Older people refer to the store as Sears Brand Central). The best part about Sears is their knowledgeable sales associates. Sears pays based on commission, so the staff is motivated to be knowledgable on the latest appliances and features. Whether you have a brand loyalty or you like personalized service. You can’t go wrong by shopping at this store.

I got my washer and dryer as well as refridgerator and was very happy with the servce here. It is a tough decision to make and to have someone on your side, guiding you through it with knowledge is great because it is an investment to get these appliances.
