Ok so Raising Canes… I usually don’t go to fast food places unless is Panera or chickfila but we stopped at this place bc my daughter wanted to try it, apparently she’s heard good things about it. Now, this review is only based on their food not the place, nor the service(drive through was friendly though:) So chicken tenders. I’m sorry not my favorite actually my least favorite. I thought the chicken was flavorless and a bit dry. The coleslaw was overloaded with mayonnaise so the rest of the ingredients and flavors were just drowning in mayo. Lemonade … watered down. Raising Cane’s is located diagonally from a Chickfila in Pearland, I guess to be the direct competition. for me hands down Chickfila is the winner. But you be the judge and if you haven’t go check it out maybe y’all like it ;)

I think this could be a great place if they did something about the grease situation. They make great chicken. It is just so greasy, the batter comes off. I have learned to wrap each chicken tender very carefully in a napkin and softly squeeze it to get out the grease, and then the batter stays on a little better. My stomach thanks me too. Their sauce is one of the reasons I want to put the effort into the chicken. The fries are nothing to write home about. They are limp noodles. What saves Raisin Canes for me are quality pieces of meat and good sauce. If they soak up some of the grease, it might just be a winner!

Absolutely LOVE Cane’s! Their food is always fresh and tastes great. I’m glad to see that they are expanding their number of locations. The staff is always very friendly and with a smile.

Every time I have on here the chicken strips are very small! One time I ordered takeout(that was a mistake) because the fries were super soggy when I got home. So I decided to eat inside the next time and it was good tasting but the chicken strips were very small like I said. The parking lot is very hard to navigate as well… not the best Raising Canes I have been to… the other location in Pearland is better in my opinion.

The physical location is truly terrible. The traffic and tight space make it extremely unsafe. The food usually ok. Half the time the tenders are tiny and burnt. Not worth the price. Employees were nice and attentive the first few weeks, now they are uninterested and don’t bother.

Looks like there cutting 1 chicken strip in to 2 pieces. They use to be a lot bigger and still are at other locations. Not very happy with this location. I thought they would be better than this. This location is not a place to brag about.

The food is just alright. We may have enjoyed it more if we weren’t freezing. The air conditioner was blasting like it was 80 degrees outside. A very unenjoyable experience. would definitely not come back. the restaurant was dirty.

Tried the 4 piece chicken combo and 3 of the chicken pieces were very small, almost nugget size. Was not worth the price. I won’t be back at this location.

A SLOW not so «fast food» joint that was average food at best, and WAY over priced.

Horrible parking/drive through layout and difficult to get through/navigate since they are working with limited space. I guess I am happy it’s not a dying gas station in that spot anymore though. The chicken strips were very average — not tasty or overly crispy or great. But they were not absolutely terrible either — just what I would expect from a chain. Overall the food is average, place inside is average and I think could be decorated a little better, and the service/cashier was alright. I generally really like the toast here b but even the last few times I had it, it didn’t seem like it was toasted enough — perhaps they were in a hurry.

If your specialty dish is the three finger combo, and your asked to pull forward in front of the restaurant to receive the drive thru order, then this is not the place you should be coming to. They are lacking in their signature dish time delivery. This is not good. Moreover, there is another customer waiting in front of the store behind me. For delivery times is NEVER good! this will probably be the last time I come to this place.

My favorite place for fried chicken. Best sauce ever. And fast service. Clean place but of course it’s brand new. However never been to a Canes that disappoints.

Don’t go. I did not want to even give them a star just going off of the taste factor. This was not good, maybe because they were busy with the new opening, but my family agreed it was dry, over cooked and had no taste at all. Thought it was just me. The only thing good was the lemonade. We all agreed that there were other places close by that had way better chicken and better variety on the menu. As a family we decided not to come back. However, the service was quick.

Went in to grab lunch and discuss potential support in a community event for the Pearland Oiler football team; the manager seemed less than interested in helping me, and mind you they have our football helmet and logo on display behind the counter. Food is just like other Cane’s and I will continue to eat there from time to time, BUT was not happy with the level of service or communication from the female mgr on duty that day. CHICK-FILADOESCOUNTLESSFUNDRAISERS(both big and small) ANDISALWAYSHELPINGWITHINTHEIRCOMMUNITY!!! Parking and drive thru line is a damn nightmare.

The physical location is truly terrible. The traffic and tight space make it extremely unsafe, but the food is normally great.(Once the tenders were over fried I guess you would call it? The breading was very hard and almost burnt? That was only once though, and since then it’s been great) It’s always crowded and the drive through is insanely backed up causing a lot of traffic in that parking lot.

Oh how I love canes! Fresh, hot, delicious chicken. Amazing sauce. Toast to die for! So sad I live in California now and can’t get it out there. I would eat here every single day if I could. Amazing food!

I’m not going to give them a bad review as the food quality is the same as where it all started… down the street from LSU in Baton Rouge, Louisiana! However, this location is in such a tight spot that I makes visiting a little inconvenient. They did a great job with the design with the limited space, but it is too crowded for right now. My food was hot, the staff was polite and constantly cleaning. I won’t complain about anything as I’m happy to have a location so close to my house.

Nasty, greasy chicken tenders. Service was very slow. First and LAST time. It was crowded, because it just opened. I’m guessing that won’t last long

Over rated. The chicken tenders are good, but not the fries. The coleslaw was hot but the people were nice.

Just like any canes the chicken is average and the sauce is amazing! But since it’s in a new location it has gotten extremely busy to the point where cops have to escort cars to where they need to go. I think the hype of grand openings are overrated and if you want to wait in line for over 30 mins this area is for you. I would rather drive to Pasadena to eat canes to avoid traffic and tight areas. But again. Same food just different location.
