Called in last week, since I needed to get a last minute eyebrow wax. When I told the lady over the phone I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed she asked «what specific part?» and I told her «eyebrows??» she then asked me if I wanted one or both waxed. This threw me off, why would I wax only one eyebrow?. Decided not to book the appointment based on this conversation, not sure if maybe she was busy and was not paying attention to our conversation, but still I think the questions where kind of «odd» so I wasn’t sure would get a good job done either.

Never again! Extremely inconsistent service. The first time I went it was descent, the second time, it wasn’t great at all! My eyebrows were clearly uneven abs the girl just told me to «let it grow out». Didn’t bother to try to fix it. Against my better judgement, I tried again today and was going to request the bigger girl with the longer hair. I showed up about 5 minutes til 7. Which they close at 7 and she told me they were closed. The open sign still on, the door still unlocked, and being that it wasn’t 7, I reminded her that they weren’t yet closed. Long story short, she said go ahead and have a seat, and then puddled around doing everything under the sun to keep from assisting me. I requested the owners number and she gave me the wrong one. Due to the horrible customer service, attitude, and poor quality throughout my visits – they won’t have to worry about me EVER coming back – at any time.

Ok. So first time was great but I feel like it depends who you get. This time the lady left my brows uneven and thin on the side. I guess I cant trust anyone and I’ll do it myself. Highly disappointed.

Up until today I’ve loved coming here. One girl does an exceptional job but this one lady did them and she did a very mediocre job on them. They’re thicker than I would’ve preferred and they don’t really have a shape. Mind you I have a natural arch so all I needed was a clean up. Very disappointed and wasn’t worth the $ 10 I paid. I normally tip also but because of the quality I received today I didn’t.

I came here to get my brows done. I’ve been going to the same lady for 14 years — yes, I’m that picky about my brows. But, now that I live in the Pearland area, I was looking for somewhere closer. I didn’t catch the lady’s name who did my brows, but she did a great job! — Very natural-​looking. She took her time and also game my brows and forehead a light massage! I will definitely be back.

Do not go here! I found this place on Unilocal.Thought I would give it a try. Went in, there was no wait, eyebrow waxing service was excellent. However, afterwards my eyes hurt all night. I thought it was just the after affects which sometimes happens after a waxing. I woke up the next morning with two lovely burn marks under each eyebrow. I will NOT be returning here. I have to spend the next week covering up these awful marks.

The good: clean establishment, friendly front desk, fancy chairs, aromatherapy prior to threading
The bad: could not follow instructions. I asked for thick full natural brows and received thin uneven brows. She took more hair off than desired even after being told what look I was going for. Very unhappy will not be returning. I might as well go bk to Aisha’s cheaper prices.
I thought I finally found a new spot but I was wrong.

I dropped in, without an appointment, for eyebrow threading and was seen immediately (around lunch time on a Monday). The lady was super sweet and attentive. She listened to exactly what I wanted and did just that. She did aromatherapy on me before the threading started. The threading was quick and precise. She rubbed my temples and forehead before and after the threading, which was very relaxing. She gave great advice for growing back my eyebrows after a botched threading at another facility too. I was also impressed w the cleanliness of the salon. I will definitely be back!

Love the décor and employees were especially nice. Got a herbal facial and eyebrows threading. The facial was very relaxing and left my skin feeling especially smooth. She also did my eyebrows very well. Will definitely be coming back.

I found this place when I was Unilocal searching and I’m all about supporting new business, so I decided to go early (when they open) to give them a try. Personally when it comes to eyebrows, I’m not too picky, I just prefer them not to be too thin. But when I went into the establishment, I was greeted and welcomed. I paid $ 10 for just my eyebrows which isn’t too bad from what I was paying at first ($ 8). I really enjoyed the temple/​forehead massage the technician provided, MUCH NEEDED lol. After I paid for my services, she gave me a 20% coupon for a facial.
Definitely recommend this place for the professional. I just hope whenever they do become highly popular, they don’t lose the professionalism!

I happen to pass by when I went grocery shopping and said why not! The staff was welcoming and friendly. It was very simple and clean. Reeta did an AWESOME job and shaped my brows very well. She did an aromatherapy before threading and afterwards massaged my brows and temple. I visited many threading salons and asked to shape my brows, but they never thread them to my taste. Finally, found a the perfect person –Reeta is the person to go to!

I was very happy with the service I received. I went in for a color to cover my gray I wanted them to match my natural hair color… Sarah B. did an excellent job. The staff was very friendly and the salon was neat and clean. It was my first time to use the institute but I will definitely back.

Great place!!! I’m so glad to find this place. Clean, polite, & $ 8. Sameena did a great job! She started with having me inhale aromatherapy scent, then she threaded, & ended with a eyebrow/​temple massage with a soothing gel. Very professional. I previously used Aisha’s salon but they weren’t friendly & the lady’s breath always smelled so bad. This new place is perfect!!!

I love getting my eyebrows threaded and I’ve been going to the mall for years to get them done. However, after trying out this place just now, I won’t be returning to the mall to get my eyebrows done. There was zero wait, the technician took her time, and even massaged my temples at the end. Great, friendly service and at $ 10, they were cheaper than what the mall charges ($ 12). They definitely have a new regular customer in me.

The staff there was really nice! I was a little hesitant to get my eyebrows threaded, because I am extremely picky. I like to keep my eyebrows nice and full with a good shape, and they did just that!!! I highly recommend them, and will most definitely go back!!!

I saw Oh My Brows on the Unilocal search engine earlier that day but I did not plan to get a free Eyebrow threading service. Not to mention it was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded. I was with my mom grocery shopping, I saw the flyers around the Shadow Creek parking lot and decided to give it a go. Man, I’m glad I got it done here. I plan on coming back AGAIN. The receptionist was friendly as well as the young lady who worked on my ugly looking brows! I was nervous. Thinking I would experience some sort of pain… I guess the staff member could tell by me moving so tense. I’m embarrassed that I didn’t ask for her name. I’ve had problems with them trying to get the shape right ’cause my brows grow curly and have spaces in between. She worked some magic, her practices we very neat and sanitary. The facility was very clean as well. Seriously this is the place to be. Thanks! Lol
