If you’ve got a coupon for an oil change, then it might be worth your time. Other than that, you should take your car elsewhere. The wait time is a minimum of an hour and a half for something as basic as an oil change or tire rotation. But that’s usually because they have seven people on staff but only two people working. As I sat there for two and a half hours, I observed their staff through the looking glass, watching as they stood in little groups, chit-chatting and joking amongst themselves while several cars sat there unattended, almost completely ignored. They’ll do some work for about twenty minutes at a time and then take a fifteen minute break to update their coworkers about their weekend. If you’re willing to spend a few more dollars for maintenance, take your car across the street to Walmart and have it done in about an hour.
