Just left after receiving a regular manicure. Polish looks as if a 3 year old did it. If you only get a regular service, you will not be asked if you would like anything to drink. I remember I came here when they first opened and did not return until now. I will never come back. There are too many other shops that will appreciate me as a customer and my $$$$.

I’ve had Nail Bar bookmarked for quite some time because of the mostly positive reviews. I’m a creature of habit though and I have a place down the road that I like. Unfortunately they were incredibly busy and all I wanted was a polish change on my hands and feet. I would have had to wait longer than it would have taken to paint my nails. Also I was not satisfied with my last visit so I figured it was time to try out Nail Bar since I’ve had it on my radar for awhile. This place is really nice. The staff is friendly and professional. Also they had a good playlist going in the background which was nice while I waited. I was told the wait would be 20 minutes which I wasn’t thrilled about, but decided I would go ahead and wait since I made the trip out there. I only had to wait 10 minutes so that was a pleasant surprise. Pros: –The Nail Polishes are numbered so it’s easier to find them(i.e. if you bring your own, it won’t get mistaken for the salon’s). Also if you have a color that you like, you can just memorize the number and brand rather than the crazy name that you will not remember(I’m talking to you OPI). –The nail tech was friendly and did a great job. She was also fast. –The tech did not try to persuade me to do shellac polish which was a relief. I hate when nail techs try to persuade you to do shellac. My answer is always going to be no. –They have the nail dryers at the station so I was able to start trying my fingernails while she worked on my toes. The nail drying station has times so you know when they’re done. I always hate having to guess how long to sit there before they’re dry –Prices are reasonable($ 14 for polish change for both hands and feet) –The salon is nice, clean, and well designed –They’re open late Cons: –The area where the nail polish is stored is small and is right in the middle of the waiting area next to the counter. If it’s busy, it could be difficult to find the nail polish you’re looking for –I wasn’t offered anything to drink –The salon is next door to HEB so traffic and parking could be an issue I’ll be back to try a mani/pedi. Hopefully they’ll offer me a beverage on my next visit.

Great service and most include a drink of your choice! Bring your nail buff each time though, or they charge and additional $ 1.

My first time today was with Jenny and she was awesome! The entire staff was very courteous but Jenny was a very hard worker and made sure I was more than satisfied. A clean place with more space than you’d think and affordable prices. I plan on returning!

I am so glad I came here! I had a pedicure. Annie worked around my scar and cysts wonderfully. In the past, it has been awkward trying to explain my foot issues, but not here! Very pleased.

Okay. Let’s get this straight. Only been open for one year 2015. This place got my wife’s attention from a local antique reseller. We came in for couples pedicure and all I have to say is wow. Staff is super friendly especially Jamie. She is wonderful. Learned of her 4 wonderful kids and also Brian the manager and what a gentlemen. He took care of us the whole time and what manners. The beverages on the menu were amazing and allowed us to relax. Come on in and ask for Jamie and I am sure Brian will take great care of you as he did us. Happy trails…

I went to NAILBAROFTEXAS for a shellac manicure. My tech did a decent job of removing cuticles and filing my nails but their color collection is very limited! They don’t have OPIOPTIONS and 80% of places I go have those. I have it four stars because it’s hard to find nail places that file properly and in good shape. They also were clean and gave me the Nail file and buffer. If you want basic colors this place is a good option. Also– the nail tech spoke for limited English– I asked for a specific color and she just looked at me and said what color. She was no help. :(

I did a walk in on a Sunday morning and there was no wait so I got seated right away. I got a full set with gel polish for $ 42 excluding tip and that is very overpriced considering how poorly shaped the nails were. I wanted stiletto, but it was more of an almond shape. The edges are rigid and it was shaped uneven on every finger. The person who did my nails seemed to rush and for no reason either because there was barely any customers anyway.

I had my nails done by Becky and they are impeccable! I’ve never had a nail tech listen to exactly what I wanted, made helpful suggestions, not try to pressure me into spending more on other services, and work so hard on my nails. I felt like she really knew what she was doing and took pride in her work. The store was also really clean and everyone seemed really professional. The prices were also really reasonable for the atmosphere and quality of work. I got a full color powder set with 2 designs for $ 50.

I got a full set of lashes 3 weeks ago and have been waiting to do a review to see how they would last. They look soooo good! I love waking up and to full and gorgeous lashes without make up. With the way they look at 3 weeks in I think I’ll be able to have these for a full 5 weeks before getting another refill!

If there was an option to give it 0 stars I would. This is my second time coming in and I’m not very pleased. I got a Shellac French manicure done and it was horrible. The line was too thick and the lady(Nancy) cut me up. I have multiple cuts on my hands and when I told her I was hurting she still continued on doing what she was doing. I have fuzz stuck on my nail and white stuff around it. Let’s just say I will definitely not come back.

First time for me was yesterday and got manicure and pedicure very disappointed. My nails are already chipping. Wow I have done my own nails and that doesn’t happen even with one day. I did them afterwork yesterday and haven’t done dishes or anything. I also can’t believe they sell you a Baggie to bring back to used you own nail file really? Other places used disposables. Also no plastic bag is placed in pedicure tube. Think about it everyone soaks their feet just nasty. Never going back.

Do not let Christine Touch your nails!!! I repeat, Do not let Christine touch your hands! The most terrible full set and design I have ever gotten. Showed a picture of what I wanted, and asked to just swap a color in the design. Instead of pink and silver, I asked for pink and black on a WHITE nail. First, she used a French manicure white which is more of an ivory. Second, I asked for her to thicken the stripes 3 times. Third, they are crooked and all over the place. The full set was not shaped nicely. A few nails are beyond crooked. And one even has a flat spot so when you look at the end of the nail it looks like a roof. I absolutely love this place though. Complimentary drinks, clean professional and friendly. I haven’t had a problem till the last time. Make sure you get someone who is recommended here. Leena is great. She did my pedi. I like Thuy when she did my last full set. I believe that is her name. Left side of salon, last row, last seat on the right. She was great! Hannah did not listen when she did my pedicure. Told her i had an overlay in my big toe because it had cracked and wanted it filled. She not only didn’t refill it, but she also didn’t try to file it down to blend in with the growth. Had a giant dip in my toe nail. Anywho, great place if you go to the right person.

I am a Pearland resident and have been to this establishment for four times thus far. I have been pleased with the professional presentation, ambiance and cleanliness of the shop. I have been serviced by Tina, Lanie and Nina(facial). I have enjoyed everyone I have had an encounter with. I always get the Organic European spa package. While this make for a long morning(4.5hrs) it is worth it in the end because you feel so relaxed.

Great new nail salon! I live more towards 288 and drive past over 10 other nails shops just to go here. Friendly customer service, prompt and efficient employees who go above and beyond to make you feel relaxed.

This is the nail salon you’ve been looking for! Everyone is very friendly and they do a fantastic job.(Bonus– free cocktails ;)) ask for Becky for your nails and Nina for facials. Definitely make an appointment to avoid a wait because they get super busy. They recently just added a reward system too :)

I am usually quite wary about checking out new nail salons, but I had a moderately good feeling about this new place. For the record, I am a simple girl when it comes to these kinds of places. I only get one colored pedicures(while bringing my own polish) with no fancy art work. So if you’re looking for a review that’s all about the jazzy add-ons, move on. I walked-in and was only interested in a basic pedicure($ 20). However, their prices are reasonable and I sprung for the«European Spa Pedicure($ 35).» Girl, it was worth it! Special foot soak, exfoliant, mask, foot run and then color. The nail technician that I had was very kind, friendly and funny. She was also very gentle and took her time while cleaning up my cuticles and shaping my nails. I despise it when nail technicians are in a hurry and get careless. My pedicure was relaxing, thorough and I am very pleased with how my nails look. Above all else, this place is CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! The nail techs wear gloves and I witnessed another nail tech clean the bowl thoroughly after working on another client. Did I mention that you get two complimentary beverages — alcoholic/non-alcoholic. As a girl who loves her wine, I’m all about some free booze.

Great service and dedicated staff! I went to this shop on a whim with my mother to get«New Year’s» nails. The techs listened to our ideas, and created two beautiful and unique sets of shellac nails. They also offer complementary beverages, both alcoholic and non(try the poinsettia mimosa! So good!) The price was reasonable($ 35 for removal of old shellac and a new set w/manicure). The shop was very clean w/sterile equipment & they give you the file and buffer to bring along on future visits. We will definitely go again and try some of their other services, too.
