I have been doing business with this store since November 2000. Then they were in Sugar Land. I have all of my business shirts, jackets, and hats done there. I always receive excellent service in a timely manner for a fair price.

I still think this business deserves zero stars. I decided to give this place a 2nd shot. I called ahead to see if they could accomodate my unique request and was put on hold which is fine but they took forever to get back to me so I decided to drive in and speak to someone in person. When I walked in, I could tell that the person in the front wasn’t very friendly. As I said«hello» she just looked at me like«what do you want». Instant attitude. I asked if they could embroider a sleeping bag– she said«we don’t do sleeping bags» but it was her tone– as if this is common knowledge. Sorry, I don’t normally stay abreast on what can and what cannot be embroidered. Here’s a tip, PLEASE be courteous, I love providing great feedback and giving referrals but when you’re discourteous, I promise you, I will let others know. It’s unfortunate because this is the only monogramming shop in Pearland that I know of. I love getting things embroidered and monomgrammed but I’d rather just pay someone at the tailoring store to do it because they do it without the(from what I gather) consistent, condescending ‘tude. As promised, I will not return. Bye!

My signature baby gift is a monogramed blanket. I am always pleased with the level of service. Additionally, they offer suggestions on which thread and script best compliments my blanket color. Most recently Monogram Today went above and beyond to ensure my order was ready on time. Small business that gets it right.

I have this this store for many years to embroider the shirts, aprons and hats for our cook off team and have always been pleased. They do beautiful work, get me what I want and when I want. I haven’t purchased anything in the store directly but I am able to tell them what I want and they have always been spot on. I would recommend them.

I went in to have a gift embroidered for a baby shower. Discourteous isn’t the only word I’d use. I’d say this woman was less then interested in working. She was texting nearly the whole I was there — even while I was waiting at the counter — RIGHTINFRONTOFHER! When she finally acknowledged me, she was half interested in taking my order. I wanted their overpriced bib with a simple name. The girl was very short with me(she was probably itching to answer her text) and progressively rude. I needed the bib done the same day for the shower and seeing this gal sitting/texting, I thought this would be a cinch. Not the case. She first said it would take 4 days because there were projects ahead of mine… WHAT!!! Not only this but there was an up-charge of $ 8.50 for the rush — she said she would call me to let me know if she got it done. I paid for my overpriced bib and crazy up-charge because I had zero other options. To top it off, guess where the woman went back to? Yes, her chair to text. So, in the end(which is where this store stuck it to me) if you’re crazy, go there. If you have time and are sane — DONOTGO!

I love giving(and receiving) personalized goodies but this store repeatedly fails to fill my interests. I used them a few years back under different ownership and had quite the opposite experience. In the past several years I have sought assorted things that they sell and they are either sold out or unprofessional and discourteous giving me any quote to embroider monograms. What you see is what you can get, but they won’t wark hard to stay in business.
