Men’s Wearhouse and Tux

Stopped by to check out a few items for a gift for someone.
Definitely come to this location if you need help with selection. Not always easy matching a certain shade of grey lol.
Ask for Percy too! He’s funny and he definitely knows what he’s talking about. You can tell by the type of suits he wears and how he wears them.
Need a nice suit, some accessories, stop by. They focus on service!

My family and I have shopped at Men’s Wearhouse as long as I can remember. They have quality clothing for decent prices. Some may say it’s overpriced, but with higher prices, comes quality. I love when they have their buy one, get one events. If you need to rent a designer tux, this is the place too.
This particular location is great. They really know how to take care of their customers. Anytime I am in need of a suit or other dressy clothes, I come straight here. The staff does not try to up sell me, and they give great fashion advice, which I lack in. I always get compliments on my outfits. This past week, I had to attend a wedding. My wife kept telling me to try my suit on, but being a stubborn male, I just knew it fit. When I did try it on, just a few days before the wedding, it was tight. Somehow, the closet shrunk my suit. I’ll have to look into that. So I took the suit in, and since I purchased it there, they alter if for free! They do not usually do such short notice, but since I come there frequently, I think they worked some magic for me. Best customer service ever!

So I stopped by here after a TERRIBLE experience at Jos A. Bank. I was just looking for some inexpensive brown dress pants. They had one pair that were close, but they were an «everyday value deal» for $ 125+altering+tax=$ 155. For the quality, this did not seem like a good deal. In fact, they looked similar to JCPenney pants.
The reason I am going with 3 stars is that the employees really did try to find me something that works. They brought over the iPad and looked at inventory online. Still, I was out of luck. While I have not intention of going to the Jos A. Bank across the street, I would return to this location of the Men’s Wearhouse due to customer service.

It’s unfortunate that this is the default place that I have to stop by as I reside in the SCR neighborhood. Long story short, my experiences with this place haven’t been pleasant:
1) Sales Customer Representative who is overly assertive, even going to the extent of questioning whether I know my chest size for a suit was.
2) Cashier who rang me up who added the permanent crease option without my permission.
3) Delayed tailoring after checking on the status by phone and going a day after my scheduled pickup.
Do yourself a favor, try on the suits, order online and take it to another tailor.

Staff was super Friendly. I went in to get a suit for a Christmas party. The Staff had nice vision, and put a couple great looking suits together. I would definitely recommend them. If you need good quality materials, they have it.

I reserved my wedding tux rental 6 months in advance. I was very specific about the fit that I was looking for. They guaranteed that I would get exactly what I was asking for. The tux came in 5 days before my wedding. The pants were size 28, when the order said 29. The jacket and shirt was way too big. They told me that the regular instead of the fitted version was sent. They said to come back 2 days later and everything will be fixed. I was pretty upset and nervous by this point. So, I asked what if it still doesn’t fit. Jacob, my customer rep, told me that if it’s not a problem yet then they can’t fix it. Very assuring!!! I came back 2 days later, tried everything on, and now we have a problem. It did not have the fit that I was so specific about. I ended up having to scramble last minute to buy a tux and have it altered 2 days before my wedding. Thanks Men’s Wearhouse!!!

Nice people and decent stuff. I went in here recently looking for some parts of a costume. I know. it’s a suit and men’s clothing store, but I needed some formal gear. I had been to several places before this, and I was pleased that there was a woman working who didn’t laugh at my request. I needed a cummerbund and matching bow tie for a costume. She was nice enough to show me her cheapest ones, as requested. I didn’t want to spend a bunch of money on something I may only wear once. She said I could try on any of them I wanted to. In the end I purchased a matching set for around $ 35. The color selection wasn’t great, but it was better than everywhere else I had been. Being a novice at men’s formal wear, I didn’t want to get anything off of Amazon or eBay.
Good customer service from the woman I dealt with. I would definitely go back.
