We are from Denver so have not heard of mattress firm before walking in the door to buy a mattress. We purchased one and within 30 days the whole side of it was sunk down. I thought for sure it would be a fight to exchange it for something different I showed the pictures of my mattress and the assistant manager Clayton had taken care of it without a fight. I was not charged any fees and upgraded my mattress because at that point didn’t trust the mattress I had bought. So far really impressed with the customer service!

Walking in being welcomed with a friendly greeting and smile was just the beginning of the best purchasing experience we have ever had. We had the pleasure of working worth Jessica Savoy, she was kind, very knowledgeable, and most importantly she was not only attentive to us but also our children. She was patient and helped each one of us pick out the perfect matress. Jessica remembered all of our names and what mattresses we had chosen without looking up her previous quote she made for our family.
Another amazing attribute about this location is that there is team work. James Farish was there as well and he interacted with us even though we weren’t «his» customers. We didn’t feel like we were just another sale to them, we actually felt we had know them for years. Like we had found our 2 long lost friends. And that’s how we feel, we gained two new friends.
I am so glad Jessica helped us; because I feel we purchased the right mattresses for us all and feel comfortable with the amount of money we spent. She even picked a more cost effective mattress than we had picked out and lord she was correct. To know they want what’s best for you rather than sell you the most expensive item is where trust is gained. And Jessica and James has gained our trust! When it’s time to buy mattresses again you can bet your bottom dollar we will be coming back to them.

A lot of beds to choose from, good customer service, easy financing, decent price, ok delivery times

I purchased a mattress and box spring at this location from James Farish on Monday, January 4, 2016 and he was amazing. He was attentive, considerate, caring and even helped me lay out and measure how the bed would fit in my room with my dog’s crate! he contacted me the next morning after delivery to see how the delivery went, how my sleep was and how the bed was. I would highly recommend purchasing from Mattress Firm and especially James; his experience and knowledge are exceptional. The drivers were polite, courteous and friendly not to mention the drivers arrived exactly when they said they would. I will definitely recommend James and Mattress firm to everyone!
