This location has the worst sense of professionalism I have ever experienced. I have been here three times and every time the stylist is late. I switched stylists a couple of times, but management seems to excuse this bad behavior. My last straw was the stylist not showing up after an hour of waiting. If you value your time do not come here.

Let’s just start by saying this place is awesome! I called at 12:00pm and was able to book an appointment for 1:30 the same day! When I got there I was met by Mario who explained the process and exceeded my expectations! I was a little nervous letting a guy do my lashes but Super Mario lived up to his name! Where has he been all my life? They definitely have a new customer!

My daughter paid for her lashes. Yay! I think it was worth the money. She got the 15 mm (12mm natural lashes) dramatic faux mink xtreme lashes.
She saw Lynn. Gave us full details and options. Very clear on choices and price. The entire process took close to two hours. Be prepared to wait if you bring someone and have a full charged phone. Lol.
They offered me water while I waited. Very kind.
My daughter fell asleep while Lynn worked. Lol. She was still nonetheless.
These lashes look very natural and they’re soft. If she cares for them as instructed, we hope to get a good month use out of them.

I have always had a great experience at Lash Junkie. Kaycee always takes her time and makes sure I’m happy with her services. Unlike a lot of lash experts, Kaycee explains the process and always makes sure I’m comfortable. I feel confident that I will always walk out happy with my lashes. The quality is great and I receive compliments all the time!

I just got perfect lash extension here with quality product (lash, glue, eye wash … even gel patch to tape my bottom lash). After done they also show me how to take a good care of my lashes at home, if not they will be easy fall down (both real lashes and extension). I came so many place to do lashes but nowhere show me how to take care them, that why my lashes very bad and damage a lot before I came here. Now I know lashes like hair very important to take care, not just only to refill, it depend a lot how to care of them. Thanks Aida, Lynn a lot that already fix my lashes perfectly and very nice for my eyes.

I love this lash studio, I went here about a week in a half ago. Normally I don’t drive this far but my lash technician was working at that location her name is Aida Nguyen. I’d drive anywhere for her work. She is the most amazing lash tech in the world. She always makes last minute appointments for me and does a fantastic job on my lashes every time. She uses only the best products for lashes and every other product that she carries in their studio is by far the most reasonable but excellent quality products. Her cost is amazing and very reasonable. My lashes look amazing and I don’t know what I would do without her skill and talent! If you ever go to this lash studio you won’t regret going there, all of the lash techs are trained by her and they are very skillful in the art of placing these lashes on any client. Great job Aida! Love this studio!!!

My review here is as a model and not a paid customer.
The owner of the establishment, Aida, trains future employees here on certain days and she asked me to come in to be a model so that they could practice on real eyelashes. In all, I was laying on the table for about 2 hours while Aida instructed one of the employees on how exactly to put on the individual eyelashes, what the different types of eyelashes there are for the different looks a client would want, and the different lash models that Xtreme and Minki are currently coming out with. It showed how informed and professional Aida is as well as what standard she wants her workers to uphold. After about an hour and a half of being practiced on, Aida took over and completed my set of a eyelashes. They are very thorough with their clients, keeping a folder with notes on your preferred eyelashes, how you like them, what you’ve gotten done in the past with them, what occasion you’re getting them for, even whether you wear contacts or not.

I cannot begin to express how happy I am with my experience here! LYNN PHAM did my facial for me and it felt amazing! My skin was glowing afterwards! They use an amazing skin care product called SEACRET that will totally blow your mind. Even sell it there! VERY CONVENIENT! Lynn explained everything she was doing the entire step of the way and explained the purpose of each product and what it would do for my skin. MARIO and the entire staff we’re very friendly and professional! LADIES DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING ANYWHERE ELSE! This place is the MERCEDES of the beautification business! The music was very relaxing too!!!

My experience at lash junkie started off very good, I got greeted by lynn around 2 pm she was very nice she told me all about xtreme lashes & then she told me about a facial that was like 40 $ something if I get the lashes. So I agreed to do it too so now I spent a good deal of money there. she told me it was going to be a 2hr process. I asked if it’ll be done by 6pm because I had work. She said yes so I just went with it. the facial was very nice then the lashes were next Mario did my lashes. he took care of me very nicely but when I saw my lashes at the end I was not happy at all. They looked very thin & they weren’t long enough. He asked me if everything was good I said yes because I had 30 minutes to get to work and my job is a 20 min drive. So I just went my way & paid out. i was very upset with my eyelashes especially since I spend 100 $ when I usually spend 60 $ somewhere else. So the next day I went to lash junkie & spoke to a women about how I was upset about the whole situation. She called Mario & I spoke to him about it. He said he would fix it & they told me NOTHING about me having to pay an EXTRA 45 $ just to fix the problem that HE
I go in a week later for them to fix it & all of a sudden they told me that I had to pay 45 $ when they said they would take care of the problem. i already spent a 100 $ like come now. They should of told that at the beginning I had no money at the moment. I know for sure I won’t be back after this experience. I need to speak to an owner or something ASAP.

I hate to post this because I really love the job Mario does and if I tell it to the whole city, I won’t be able to get appointments as easily! However, I’ve been going to amazing lash for 3 years and I’m going to end my contract. They are good, they are fast but whatever glue he uses, my lashes stay on much longer and they look full and gorgeous. He takes a little longer than the big commercial places but he knows what he is doing. If you want lash extensions, he’s your guy

Lash Junkie is amazing! They have transformed my lashes! Mario aka super Mario and staff are wonderful and make sure that you are completely happy when you leave! They are the BEST by far!

First let me start by saying I’ve been getting my lashes done for a little over a year. The place I used to go to was in memorial and a long drive. I reluctantly tried Lash Junkie in here in Pearland where I’m from and Aida didn’t disappoint. My lashes beautiful. I’ve only wore Xtreme Lashes and I was aware of the extensive training they require to let you be a stylist. Aida explains the whole process to you from start to finish. I’m glad I made the switch!

Horrible horrible horrible they try and sale you mink lash which isn’t the regular mink. I was there for 3 hours while the guy was doing my lash I felt my eyes and he barely had done anything. Then the owners comes in to finish me up so the total visit was an hour I sit up and barely have lashes. Soooooamy spaces just a horrible experience them had Togo back the next day to get them fuller. I still have so much space this is horrible after 4 hours. Stay away they try and sale all these products blaming my hair as to why they can’t get them full. Never had this issue before and to top It off she wantede to come in the next week and pay 45 $ when I’ve already paid $ 100 and still dong have full lashes! The owner talks a good talk but she sucks just as much as the guy who checks you in. 3 hours Todo lashes but claim your the best smh
