WOW… visited this Grocery Store during a visit to family in Pearland… it is HUGE! Better yet, it carries a huge variety of fresh produce, deli meats including my favorite, Boars Head. The Meat section carries a very large selection of fresh quality cuts, same for the Seafood Dept. I was amazed at the large and varied selection of grocery items. Impressed at the smart layout of the store. It was like visiting a huge warehouse without being overwhelmed. The cashiers were courteous and the store was well organized and clean. If you can’t find what you’re looking for in this H – E-​B it probably doesn’t exist. I’m a fan.

Clean store for middle income families. I prefer it over other superstores. Speedy checkout and plenty parking spot. I rated HEB a 3 out of 5 because of the thousands of birds that were on almost every vehicle, blocking every passageway, lining the building, stopping in the trees, and swarming above. I am new to Texas so i was completely irritated but this.

Huge selection of vegetarian products and fresh produce.
I actually saw products I hadn’t seen before and was very impressed.
There is even a fresh lemonade section and I recommend the Texas Honey Lemonade!
The sushi is also highly recommended!

This is my favorite HEB location! This store is one of the largest and biggest HEBs in the Houston area. I love how large their produce selections are and how neatly organized they keep the store maintained. They also have their own juicing station in the produce area. For the past week, I was running around the area to find rainier cherries and no grocery store or HEB had them. Only this location had rainier cherries and any other products that are usually difficult to find. The customer service here is just wonderful. The workers are always so helpful and welcoming. This is my go-​to spot to grocery shop.

the cashier here was probably a trainee, but there was a sale where if you bought the Heb sausages, you get 4 items free, hienz mustard, heb ice cream, ball park hotdogs, and 7 up soda. well this cashier obviously didnt know what she was doing and ended up charging me for everything that was suppose to be free. are you serious?! that girl needs to be put back in the stock room and obviously more training when it comes to customers money.

Love love love this HEB! Clean, bright, and just the store. So glad it isn’t a plus store. We never went to the electronic or automotive part anyway. Very happy with the gas prices too!

I looooooooooooove this HEB. So clean, organized, and fully stocked. I love their fiesta salmon burgers, and cowboy bacon sliders.

I always shop HEB when I grocery shop and this is by far my favorite one! I am so glad it is so close to my house. First I want to compliment the deli. They are always extremely friendly. And these are the friendliest cashiers any HEB I have been too. I like the layout and I like the organic section. And my favorite part of HEB HATCH SEASON! Glad y’all are sticking with this season.

Sure this new heb is big but it’s no different than the one on Blackhawk in my opinion. I was a little disappointed the first time I went because i thought it was gonna be a great new store! When really it’s just a bigger normal heb. On Sunday they had so many samples! My son loved trying all the new stuff. It definitely made me purchase some things I wouldn’t normally try. Overall it was still a pretty good experience.

This is a really nice store. Everything is neatly stocked, the baskets don’t make noise or wobble everywhere, the employees are nice. They even have my vegetarian stuff, the only thing that’s missing is the «Chow-​Chow» (relish made of cabbage). The layout is different from the HEB on Blackhawk/​Beltway 8 and the other one off ²⁸⁸⁄₅₁₈. I will be venturing to this location a little more often.

We always come after 8pm. Less crowds, still giving out samples.
I absolutely LOVE this store, zero complaints. Everything I want is in stock, the HEB store brands are a great value, the frozen foods are frost-​bite free, produce is local when available, prices are astoundingly low. Plus… PLUS… the Meal Deal is usually something my family loves! What other grocery store offers you a pack of frozen hamburger patties (which are restaurant quality) for around $ 10 THEN gives you Kraft Big Slice Cheese, Ball Park Franks, Whatafries AND a 64 oz HEB Tea for *free*? It’s summer, my teens are home ²⁴⁄₇ and ready to roll out of bed at 2PM and CONSUME for those few precious minutes that a screen isn’t in their faces, so having HEB’s free deals and selections really *really* helps my budget.
The pet section has grain free options, a nice selection of items for my fish and rodent pets. The cosmetics/​health aisles offer salon care items and coupons galore. The deli has fresh BISON, butcher has wagyu (well, American Kobe anyway), great affordable artisan cheeses, no other chain has a better bread selection in the suburbs and holy smokes, have you seen the dessert case? You need a wisteria or a smoker or a metal rustic flying pig statue? They have those outfront. I LOVE THIS STORE.
Honestly, I’ve been really trying to eat better, drop the processed crap foods and prepare more foods at home while changing my tastebuds to drop the sugar and carbs and the freshness and prices of this HEB have helped tremendously.

I’m so happy they opened up a HEB on the east side! I grew up going to HEB and I will drive out of my way to continue to go to HEB. Needless to say, I was very happy to find out that Pearland has a brand new store at Pearland Pkwy and 518. I actually live in between this store and the HEB Plus store at ²⁸⁸⁄₅₁₈ but this store is much easier to get to.
I’m glad I decided to go explore this evening (Tuesday). It wasn’t crowded at all and there was plenty of parking. I got a rockstar spot right up front near the left entrance.
If you frequent the HEB Plus store, the first thing you will notice is that everything is flipped. The pharmacy is on the left at and the produce is on the right. That threw me off, but I knew I would be going a lot slower since this was my first time learning the layout. This store isn’t as big as the Plus store, but it’s just as nice. The staff is super friendly. The presentation of the fresh food was nice. And there were certain things that I really liked such as the pints of ice cream are laid on it’s side so it’s much easier to read the label. The baskets seemed a little bit smaller to me (not sure if they are, but they felt a little smaller), but it would make sense since the layout is not as spread out as the other store. There seemed to be a nice selection of items, although I did notice that they don’t have Café on the Run. I really like those Orange Plate specials! And of course there aren’t the extras like the automotive section or the entertainment section, but I personally never frequent those areas so it’s no big deal for me.
I’m definitely a fan of this new location and it’s great because I can stop on the way home from work if I need to pick up a few things. I don’t know if I will stop going to the Plus store, but I will certainly start frequenting this one more often.

Great new location with lots of parking. Everything is setup very nice and seems to be running smooth. The car was is always packed but I think it’s just because everything is still new. It’s bigger than other locations and it has a lot of sample stations. Excited to see what will be next door in the shopping center but for now the new heb is getting all the buzz.
