We received great service at this location! They are a free standing ER so you’ll get the same services minus the inflated costs & the hassle of having to go to a hospital.
The place was really quiet so we were able to get taken in immediately without any wait. The staff were really friendly & had a great sense of humour. The RN & the radiology tech were equally entertaining.
Dr. Sims was terrific & I would return to this location with any broken bones in the future!

Staff here were extremely friendly and skilled in helping me with my sport injury. They had the right balance of humour and professionalism. I actually found them very helpful in taking the focus away from my negative feelings towards my injury.

Went in for dog bite on Monday (2⁄26). Was a bit traumatized from the dog bite (half german shepherd half rotweiller), so it was nice to be seen quickly with minimal wait. Dr. Ngo and staff were very friendly and felt better. Then received personalized card a week later with a personalized note asking how my arm was healing. I work in healthcare and know how it can be on the other side. Hoping I never have too, or have to take friends, but in case of emergency, I woud most definitely go to First Choice ER again.

$ 2,400 for an 10 minute earache visit.
My toddler was having terrible ear aches. It was late, and I needed help. After that, I needed more help.
First, please know the doctor was fantastic. Quick and thorough. The front desk staff, pleasant. But this was not my first ER visit. And I’ve paid before, but this was ridiculous.
I’ve never received a $ 2,400 bill, that was decreased due to my policy to $ 1,200. An entire year later at $ 100/​month (that would be $ 240/​minute. .. correct?), I’m almost done with the bill.
Still with Rediclinic and MedSpring. You won’t be sick afterwards as well.

Had to bring my 16 year old son to the ER early this morning, and made a split-​second decision to head to First Choice over the hospital ER. Any ER is not the kind of place you hope to review, or even visit in the first place — but I am so glad I decided to go there.
First Choice is comfortable yet perfectly efficient, and the people there are SO incredibly nice. Just amazingly nice and comforting, especially to a mom who was on the verge of freaking out on the inside. You other parents understand…
Everything about this place is just top-​notch, and they seem to be equipped and capable of handling just about anything. If we ever have another emergency, this really will be my first choice.
