Edible Arrangements

Great customer service and beautiful, delicious arrangements!
If you’re looking for something unique and delivered that isn’t a bouquet of flowers, try an Edible Arrangement! I’ve had several delivered to me and have always enjoyed them. It’s a nice gift that can truly be consumed by the recipient, rather than enjoyed for a while and then discarded.
They only have one delivery person, so that can get kind of difficult, especially if they’re busy. I waited all day for an arrangement, but had to leave (it was my birthday). I was told by the giver that I was to expect a delivery, but it never came. Of course, when I was out, I got a phone call saying that they were at my house and it couldn’t be delivered. Since it was perishable and needed refrigeration, they couldn’t leave it on the doorstep. We didn’t know our neighbors that well to ask them to take it, so I ended up having to meet the delivery person at the shop. It turns out I wasn’t able to make it back to Pearland in time, so asked if my sister if she could pick it up before they closed at 5 (this was a Saturday). It all worked out in the end.
When my parents retired, my out of state sister ordered an arrangement for them. I picked it up and the woman in the shop gave me a nice box to surround the ceramic base. I thought that was a thoughtful touch because it would have been unstable in the car.
Even though it’s a franchise, it’s still a local business. They may be a little pricey, but their arrangements are beautiful and tasty, and best of all, they are fresh.

Had to wait over an hour today because my order of chocolate dipped strawberries weren’t ready for pickup. Sadly, many other people are here ticked off too because of missed deliveries.

I ordered an arrangement for my husband for Valentine’s Day a couple days prior. It was so easy! I picked out everything online and they delivered it for me, with everything just as I ordered it. The only downside to the delivery is that they have a time window of 8am-​8pm and cannot get any more specific than that, but even in saying that, mine was delivered around noon.
Great tasty product!

I had to reschedule a delivery twice and they had no problem with that. Very good customer service!
