Not impressed at all with their donuts here. I was quite dissapointed to have driven that far to just get it. I also showed my 15% off from Unilocal and the woman looked annoyed and said their registers don’t do that so she manually did it on a calculator. I ended up getting the frosted sprinkle donuts but they tasted bleh

I had a good experience here — good donuts and great service. They also had many options for breakfast tacos which were hot and delicious! It’s a casual shop so you can feel comfortable stopping by without getting too dressed up and have a nice quiet breakfast with your pals.

Great prices and donuts, I will give them that. Very disappointed they stopped doing bagel sandwiches and I go for a cream
Filled donut often and go one day to bring them to my coworkers as I had been bragging and they tell me they ask if I wanted sprinkles. I said no, I would like the filled one. She doesn’t seem to understand and tells me that they don’t have them. I tell her they have them everyday. Blank stare… then I aak again and she says they don’t have the cream again. I told her to go ahead and cancel the rest of the order. What a disappointment. Frustrating to go out of my way just to go there. I will still go again, but gets two stars for good food only. Service and inconsistency account for where they are lacking.

Compared to Shipley’s, Donut Heaven’s doughnuts are 100% better. I grade a doughnut not just on the taste fresh from the counter but also a few hours later. I was very surprised that this small shop produced such a fine quality and tasting donut. I’ll be back and my co-​workers will soon be experiencing the Donut Heaven difference!
