Thanks for giving me the motivation today to delete your app from my phone. Tried to place an order with the app and was given an error so I tried calling to place an order. The clerk who answered promptly told me they would not be accepting any orders because they had too many. Turned around and called Papa John’s and had no issue. Never again to this poor service.

I ordered online 2 pizzas for delivery. I live around 12 min away from Domino’s, it took almost an hour just to reach my home since the notification was sent that they were on their way, aside of that, the delivery guy forgot the soda!!! I told him that I wanted a refund and he said that they don’t do refunds, so he went back to Domino’s to get the soda and bring it to me. It was super disappointing. I have ordered from other domino’s in my previous home and never had a problem. I will never order from this place again.

I’ve ordered(online) from this location four times this year, and only once did I have any significant issue where a pizza had to be remade; however, the driver was polite and handled it very well. They let me keep both the incorrect and correctly made pizzas; the driver simply asked that I call while he was there so the store could process the remake order(without any cost to me); a second, different driver delivered the remade pizza. I use ShopRunner for free delivery and this makes it easier for me to tip the drivers better, who have been mostly on-time and usually arrive under the provided estimates from the web site. My most recent order was late but not by much, maybe 10 minutes or so past the 1 hour estimate; the driver apologized upon arrival and the pizza was still hot so it was overall a positive experience. I’m happy to order from this Domino’s location over the competition that doesn’t even come close to the same level of overall service.

I ordered the online deal for a large 3 topping pizza for $ 7.99 carryout. I got the Brooklyn style crust and the location charged me $ 11.50. The employees said it cost more because of the crust but did not know why since the only difference is they stretch the hand tossed dough thinner. I called the corporate office which informed me the shadow creek parkway location is a franchise and can set their own prices. I will from now on order from the location on Broadway, which honors the online deals.

Apparently ordering/delivering a pizza is complicated tough job these days. I ordered online not only to get a call 10 minutes laters stating they dont deliver to my area. Gentlemen on the phone is super nice and told me the order has been placed at a location which will deliver to me. Only instructions I had was to call that location to give payment. Once I called I found myself filling them in on the situation and re-ordering my pizza. Lost about 25 minutes due to inefficient brainless service. Never again, rather give my money to a family business who cares about every order they lose. Get it together Dominos, its not rocket science. Well to you, maybe. Good Luck to anyone who has moved into a new sub division in Pearland. Apparently we don’t exist.
