I called them after getting no response from 2 other companies. They were prompt, on time, fixed the problem and price was reasonable. I will definitively use them again for any AC repairs.

We were having problems with one of our units cooling. We called Dalton and they returned our call within 10 min. We scheduled service for the next day and they arrived promptly at the scheduled time. The technician, Daniel, was very professional in explaining the problem with our A/​C. We were given several options (packages) to choose from to solve the problem. There was no pressure to pay some ridiculous amount of money for service like some of the shady companies I’ve dealt with in the past. I highly recommend this company.

After being ran around by A/​C guys in the past, it is very refreshing to see some honest servicemen for a change. I called Dalton on a last minute day-​of situation. It wasnt even an emergency but the tech was at my house in the pouring rain in less than an hour. He was honest and very generous and took his time explaining my system too me. Prices are beyond reasonable and I will never trust anyone else with my system. Their services so far cant be beat in my opinion. Thank you Dalton!
