Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Save yourself the hassle and just get direct tv! I’m giving Comcast 1 start because Unilocal makes me. Customer service — they are clueless Tv service — terrible packages/tv selections Internet — HA! Even when you do everything right on your part, the Internet will decide to disconnect 20 times a day(not exaggerating) Comcast will take a week or two until they can send a service man out to «fix» the problem.

Zero stars for anything related to comcast. Have paid for services that have not been provided since August 6, 2015. We don’t have Internet, DVR, land line. Nothing. After 23 technicians have been out to our house in 3 months. Awful!

Ok… so ever since I was given a new DVR, I haven’t had any issues with Comcast. For the life of me, I don’t know why they just didn’t do this initially instead of troubleshooting me to death.
