These guys have NEVER tried to «up-​sell» me on anything, even when the repair that I thought that I needed was more expensive than the one that I actually needed. Can’t say enough about their honesty. So far I’ve always had what I thought was great service with reasonable prices.

I called this service center in order to get an inspection required by my auto insurance carrier (in addition to the basic state inspection). The first person (a woman) I spoke to was very unhelpful and simply told me that their camera was broken and hung up. When I called later to see when the camera would be fixed so I could make an appointment, a man yelled at me, in a noticeably slurred voice, that he had already spoken to me (he hadn’t) and that his camera was broken.
I would recommend going elsewhere if possible.
