I ordered 7 rolls of their Futamaki sushi for New Years Eve. I was nervous about buying food from a new place without trying their food first but I had no choice. I was asked to bring sushi on short notice and needed some place relatively close. The sushi was great! It was a hit with my family. Sushi sold out. I will be a repeat customer. I want to try the their other food items on their menu. The Lady who took my order was very nice and polite.

Their bentos are so tempting hahaha!!! I love bentos… Anyway I’ve come here a few times for lunch between work. I normally order takeout and bring it back to work to enjoy. Apparently you can choose between a mini and regular size combination plate which I never have heard of before in places similar to this one. I need to go back and double check that. But when I was last there I ordered a spicy pork and mochiko chicken combo. Delicious haha. The mochiko chicken was not in the style I like but it was tasty. The spicy pork was nothing different but still tasty. I also love how they have those Japanese veggies as a a veggie option. I’m so horrible though, I keep forgetting what they are called. I believe it’s some type of root vegetable. The taste is interesting to me, sorry I’m not too sure how to explain it. Anyway I definitely love going there. Oh!!! They also serve sushi. I haven’t bought their sushi yet, but I also love this place because on how they have so many options to make you full and happy hehe.

I call in a phone order pretty regularly at Yoon’s Place. My faves are Tenzaru Soba(shrimp tempura/buckwheat soba combo), Oyako Don and lastly the Furikake Chicken. Nice to have good Japanese food only a phone call away.

The best chicken katsu that i’ve tried. Nice, thick, and crispy! I think they marinate the chicken before(panko)battering it, a light somewhat teri taste… sooo good!!! The other favorite of mine is their chicken katsu donburi! Big portions!

This place is located in the food court next to Don Quixote. It has a Korean name, but the food is mainly Japanese. They have sushi and plate lunches with vegetable side selections. They also have some soup-based items like udon. I really like the Japanese vegetables because they are healthier than most plate lunch sides at other places. They have things like lightly seasoned cooked broccoli, lotus root slices, flavored daikon strips, etc. I like to get the mixed plate with at least one of the selections being the furikake chicken. They have lots of fish selections and the usual plate lunch selections like chicken katsu and bbq beef. They have pre-made bentos near the cash register as well, with all kinds of things in them like musubis, fried noodles, sushi, fish, etc. They become discounted in the afternoon. These are just ok… I’d rather get the plates, which are fresh and delicious! The prices are about average for plate lunches. They are around $ 9 a plate I think. Sure, the Chinese food place is a lot cheaper and the Korean place gives more food, but I like this place for a change of pace, and it feels healthier too.

There are Korean and Japanese food items here, but my favorites are katsu and ten-zaru soba. Their chicken katsu is P E R F E C T-ly cooked. TEN-ZARUSOBA has big portions. There is also sushi(made to order) and bento(pre-made). Awesome for take-out.
