Great customer service. People very helpful with helping me find something I’d like. Lots of choices for milk tea. You can also choose the amount of sugar you would like or how much ice you’d like. They even have different size of tapioca pearls. Favorite tea is the winter melon tea latte with less sugar large tapioca pearls and less ice.

Donavan was rude and told us how to order. I didn’t appreciate it. The kicker, my normal drink ended up tasting super off.

Location: Near Burger King and Gyotaku in Pearl City. Parking: You can park in the parking lot near Times. Drink set up: You’re able to customize your drink’s size, add-ons, sweetness, and flavor. Food Tips: *Drinks with the word«latte”=With milk *Drinks with the word«milk tea”=Without milk *Panda boba=regular boba and honey boba +Food Review+ 1) Strawberry Milk Tea with Small Boba: This was a very light drink that tasted like a light strawberry milk shake. The boba was soft and moist that it was very enjoyable. 2) Jasmine Milk Tea with Panda Boba: This drink had a very flowery-like taste from the Jasmine, but was relatively light. It felt like they used soy milk because of how light the Jasmine tea was. My boyfriend really enjoyed it. *Tip: In order to choose your credit card, your purchase must be $ 10 or more.

Very reasonably priced, especially the jumbo size(what a commodity btw). Delicious tea and boba! I’ve gotten the winter melon latte w honey boba(super on point) and also the jasmine green milk tea w regular boba(also great). Aside from the quality, I’ve been impressed w their service; quick and polite, even in their busier times. All of these thugs put together is very hard to find these days! Thanks Tea Time!

LOVECOMINGHERE! Their tea in my opinion is the best in all of Hawaii. Ever since coming to this shop a year or so ago, I could not go back to drinking any other milk tea place! There are so many options, you can really customize it yourself! For an example I will share my two favorite drinks: Wintermelon Tea with 50% sugar, small boba, normal ice. Lychee Spring Tea with no added sugar, half small half regular boba, and less ice.

I’ve been here many times since this milk tea shop. Many of my experiences have been very pleasant. Yesterday I went with my boyfriend and ordered a Med Match Milk Tea with Azuki, even the cashier pointed out that was a good combo as they just added Azuki to their add-on list. While waiting for our order, I realized that the cashier had selected Large Tapioca for my add-on instead of Azuki. I realized too late as they already called our order for pickup. But after pointing it out to the manager or owner, she was more than happy to correct the order. Thank you for doing that for me and offering the incorrect drink made to us as well. Thank you for opening up so close to my home. No wonder you guys are still my most favorite milk tea shop.

Best Boba Ever! I always order the Winter Melon Latte, regular sweetness, with mini boba. It always tastes just as good as the first time I ordered it. They have a large variety of drinks and other desserts. It’s very spacious and there’s a lot of tables if you decide to have your drinks there. Parking can sometimes be limited since it’s in the same shopping center as Cattle Company, but it’s usually pretty good. Be prepared with cash, unless you plan on spending more than $ 10.

Hands down, one of the best establishments on this island. Always greeted with a smile when we walk in. The place is always clean and has a authentic Taiwanese style — says my husband who was in Taiwan for a month. Since he speaks Mandarin, he is able to converse with the owner. She is always SO friendly! Be sure to tell her how much you enjoy her tea! The menu has a wide variety with options in controlling your sweetness And types of add ons. They have desserts and Jelly that are all very good. I like getting the Taro tea with no sugar. My favourite on the island! We love this place! Go in and try anything on the menu, you will not be disappointed.

After coming to Tea Time couple of times I have to say it’s just okay. I’m not a big fan of their milk tea though. It just doesn’t suite my taste buds. Just a FYI it’s not like Coffee or Tea’s milk tea. Their li hing lemonade isn’t the typical red li hing instead it’s with the white-ish li hing, which more so has a pickled flavor. Their honey boba isn’t your typical«honey boba», instead it’s a medium size boba with a real honey flavor to it. It just wasn’t what I was expecting especially when you order a drink with some sweetness. Their staff is really helpful and friendly especially when I had no idea of the concept of sweetness level. They’re quite few tables and free wifi for studying. Also there is a bathroom as well so it makes studying convenient. Overall, it’s just alright. Just haven’t found a drink yet :/

Every time I need a milk tea fix, I think about coming here. A friend of mine asked me to recommend boba places to her and knowing she lives nearby, I put Tea Time as my #1 pick. Their menu is so vast with so many flavors and toppings. They have toppings that I have not seen at other boba joints yet like panda boba and honey boba. If I had to pick my most favorite flavor here it would be their Oreo Milk Tea. Jumbo size everything because their drinks are that good that you need to maximize the liquid goodness to consume. The service is quick and friendly. There’s a bathroom that I’ve never used, but good to know they have one. They offer a stamp card which I always forget to bring. Seriously, no negatives about this place other than it’s still a drive from my home, but I’m always making trips out that way so I can get my milk tea fix here at least once a week.

Not a fan of tea, came with friends and they very much enjoyed their tea. I got the honey toast and it wasn’t so great. There was not even that much pieces of bread maybe about 6 or 7. Taste was not good the honey they used was really weird like used to mix in the teas. Also they only accept card with purchase of $ 10. Had to put me and my friends order together to make up the 10. Also when he took my card I wanted to change my payment to cash but the guy ignored me and just used my card. Honey toast took awhile to come out and wasn’t very great. If you like tea tho then it’d be a good place I guess.

I’m spoiled because I have a tea place less than a block away from work. I normally get Mr. Tea once a week but last weekend I had a craving that just wouldn’t go away. Since I was away from town, I did some research and figured that this café would be a great place to stop by from all the reviews. Parking is in the same lot as cattle company. It can get tight, so we did have to park in the lot farthest away and walk… not too much of a big deal There are lots of choices, lots of things to add, lots of things to look at and so many options. I decided to get an unsweetened melona milk tea w/bubbles(they have big bubbles & small bubbles). My tea was okay, not super fab. kinda felt let down. the bubbles were good, soft and chewy. But my tea was watered down, it wasn’t thick nor did it have a milky consistency. I’ll maybe give this place another shot in the future, but only if I’m not in town.

Besides the other boba places I have tried, this has to be my second best on my list. The cashier was very friendly and always smiling. Although I know working in the food industry gets difficult, as s cashier going through so many customers a day makes it tough to hold a smile, so much props to the cashier who was able to do that! I love taro, taro Is always my go to when it comes to boba! I have to say that tea time’s boba drink was the best I ever had. It hit the spot in so many ways.

We love their bobas! Stopped in many times for a refreshing drink. First couple of times we went in the evening about 730pm and they were out of all types of boba(reason for 4 stars). We were disappointed and made sure to head there earlier so we could try theirs. We weren’t let down. They must’ve decided to make more boba because now when we go in the evening they still have a bit left. Tried them all and enjoyed just about every one.

This review is looooong overdue. I was so happy when this place opened up because it’s a lot more centrally located so I don’t have to go to town just to get some good tea! Anyway, when this place first opened up, the staff was so friendly and so helpful, which I would expect for a place that is new. But I’ve been popping in every now and then, and the staff is still so friendly, and patient too! I’m a very indecisive person and their menu has evolved over the past months so I always want to venture off and try something new, so I may take some time to order. Then again, I end up falling back on my usuals. I think my go to drink is the Winter Melon Tea Latte. Depending how I feel that day I usually add small or big boba(or I mix it up and get both), or the custard pudding, or even ice cream. You can’t go wrong with the signature Milk Tea, so if I’m not feeling Winter Melony, then that’s my drink. Less sweet because I’ve found the regular sweetness was a bit too sweet for my liking nowadays. The Taro Milk Tea is yummy as well! And more recently my boyfriend had the Matcha Milk Tea and added coffee jelly. Good combo. If I’m feeling fruity then I go with with Passion Fruit Green Tea or Lychee Black Tea with coconut jelly. I don’t know if I prefer black tea over green tea because either way, they make it delicious and I’m no professional tea drinker. Oh, they used to let you sample your drink. I don’t know if they still do? Maybe it’s because I seem so confident in my order that they don’t bother to ask if I need a sample. I don’t know, but I liked that they used to do that when I was a newbie because I could alter the sweetness if needed. Anyway, they make your drink really quick and if you need to order a few drinks they’ll put it into a bag for you. Love those«no spill» cover tops. Don’t forget to get a thinner straw if you ordered small boba! Oh, and I don’t know when it started but they have a JUMBO size now! The prices are pretty reasonable but I always go with the large size. The other day I was craving honey toast and was not about to go to Shokudo so I went here. ‘Twas okay. It was pretty looking of course but the bread inside the the toast wasn’t as soft or honey-ish as I expected. I would go back to try their other desserts though. I’ve been pretty satisfied with all my orders at this place and I hope they keep up the good work!

Happy to have their shop as one of my favorite boba tea places to go. The one drink that I love to order is the winter tea melon latte light ice and half sweet with small boba tapioca. They have a stamp card if you buy 10 large boba drinks, you get a large boba drink of your choice for free. Today, I decided to try new drink I don’t always order. So I went with the honey green tea and purchase the coffee jelly for $ 2.50(mentioned in the tip section). It was my first time trying to jelly dessert. Didn’t expect there to be milk at the top with the coffee jelly on the bottom. Unique dessert and definitely different from other sweets I had in the past. Warning: if your body cannot handle milk products or you feel bloated, I don’t recommend the jelly dessert. I myself feel ok after devouring the whole thing :) So much sugar be warned body lol They offer a bag if you planning to take out, otherwise your hands may drop your drinks that you paid good money for. I wonder if they will replace your drinks if you accidentally dropped it. Located before you reach Midas tire company and Gyotaku restaurant, small shop with Tea Time Taiwan written in front of store with a small Unilocal sign.

My first time here. Very spacious, friendly staff, WIDE variety of milk teas, smoothies, desserts, etc. You can also control the sweetness of your milk tea, amount of ice, and«toppings”/ mix ins. I usually don’t like tea so it has to be very sweet for me. I tried the oreo Milk Tea extra sweet and it was perfect. Also tried the honey toast for my son to have and it was pretty good. Nothing like shokudo’s honey toast but would get again.

When I used to live in Waikele, there weren’t too many milk tea option in the leeward side. With this place, I will make a detour to Waimalu to get some milk tea here. Likes: A lot of flavors, sizes, and add on options. It’s so hard to decide what to get though. The regular black tea is good. I like the white tapioca here because it’s cooked with honey. It adds a nice touch to the drink. They accept credit card(with minimum $ 10 purchase) and they have a stamp card. Dislikes: I didn’t care for the caramel one. Tasted too sweet and artificial. Parking is tough during meal time rush hours. Favorites: I like the Wintermelon Tea Latte with white tapioca. Good milk tea option for the leeward side. Note: milk tea usually means it’s non-dairy creamer(like Coffeemate) and the latte means they use real milk.

Probably by far my favorite place to get boba. Located in Aiea between Cattle Company and Burger King. You can either find street parking or park in the plaza where cattle company/times/Salon C is located. My favorite to get is the Winter Melon Tea in which you can choose your sweetness level and ice(like other boba places as well). I like getting it with the mix of the big and small boba tapioca or the green tea jelly. I think you can also choose black tea jelly and have ice cream if you like. My mom has tried the Honeydew flavor which she enjoyed. The honey toast is delicious here. If you like Shokudo Honey Toast then you will enjoy the honey toast at tea time at a cheaper price. The bread taste fresh and soft. I could do without the marshmallows and probably can request it this way. Wifi is available and I have seen some people study here. I have come here to meet with my friend to work on her project. The staff is very friendly. There is a $ 10 minimum if you decide to use your debit card.
