Taco Bell

My order was wrong. It’s missing a whole combo. I just got the drink for it. I called them 3 times and it rang non stop till 1:18 minute and goes to a dead screeching noise. I absolutely hate when this happens. They could at least answer their phones. I ordered a Taco Surpreme combo, chalupa combo, and side nachos. The reason why we go drive thru is so it’s easy for us to grab our food and go. Or at this Taco bell it’s grab ²⁄₃ of our food and go home unsatisfied.
Update the following Day:
I called after I ended work explaining what happened and they said they were unable to answer their phone because their drive thru line was super long and they were busy. I guess that is an excuse but in my experienced when I worked at a fast food restaurant for 3 years during high school we were able to multitask while answer the phones. Or at least answered and say to call back, offer to call back, or put me on hold and let me understand what’s happening. But I got my calupas and I’m happy now. Or I’m just hungry haha.

Historically, l avoided Taco Bell as their Tacos tasted «factory made». My opinion still hasn’t changed, but their salad products won me over like their Chicken Fiesta Taco Salad. Kind of hard to go wrong when you use fresh ingredients.
Having said that, this location’s dining area is a little dirty, so i usually just do takeout.
Also, exiting this location is tough as Kamehameha hwy only has two lanes right now due to the rail project… I don’t hold that against Taco Bell of course!

I love this taco bell. The location is easy to drive through and hop back on the freeway. It’s never too crowded. It’s well kept and clean. The workers work hard and they are friendly too. Leny is an awesome worker! They work well under pressure and help you right away if you need extra sauce or spill a drink (or two. Only my kids lol) i always come here and prefer it over other ones where it’s too crowded or the drive thru window is on the wrong side. Haha.

Ugh, my food is always wrong, sometimes stale & they are always stingy with the hot sauce!!!
There is always something wrong with my order, but at 3am after work, (bartending) I sometimes crave taco bell!!! Ugh, the struggle is real lol.
Tonight I ordered a small sprite with my food and they give me a small and charge me for a large. Awesome sauce!!!

I normally go to the drive thru and order, but the one time I decide to eat inside turned out to be a bad decision. I get inside and they take my order. When it comes to paying, the machine to process card transactions are down. So there I am standing at the cashier for 25 mins waiting for my payment to go through. By this time the line’s getting long. No one else behind me doesn’t know what’s going on because the manager doesn’t announce that they can only accept cash for now. By this time I would think my meal would be comped but all the manager could say was «I’m sorry.» My food was ready right after I made my order. Finally when everything worked I grabbed my food but by this time it was cold and soggy.

Went to this place and got horrible service! When I got up to the speaker to place my Order the person on the mic was laughing and couldn’t under stand anything! All I could here was people laughing in the background

I use to work here when I was sixteen but boy with all these current workers they are not attentive.
At the order box waiting for someone to respond. Until I blasted my music for them to actually pay attention! Finally a response «what can I get you» really? We use to up sell and suggest back in my days! Guess not so much anymore.
Placed my order, I seen it on the screen and they asked me if it was correct. I said «yes» and they tell me to «pull forward.»
It’s fast food I already know average service but if your going to repeat my order and then get it wrong when I’m at the window, then there is something wrong with following directions!
Oh wells! This is not the first they messed up anyways.

Forgot to put some of my food in my drive thru bag. Also food was cold and taco shells was all smashed when got home to eat it.

We were going to eat here but when we asked to use the bathroom they said no. No public restroom for customers.

10÷21÷14 This place is a hit or miss. Usually when I come here the service and food is ok. After tonight I won’t ever come here again. Don’t waste your time or money people! Service was horrible and so is the food. Especially at night. I dont think I asked for a side order of attitude but the lady that night gave me some anyways… For free! Tacos were cold and soggy. couldn’t even finish one. Those little Cinnabon things are just as bad. No filling whatsoever. Didn’t finish eating those either. Not to mention the fruit punch is fucking gross, way too sweet. Im dead serious when I say you’re better off going to the mcdonalds a couple streets away. They’re drive thru is open 24 hours too!!!

It’s hard for me to write a review for chain restaurants. But there’s something that I always wonder. Why do they give so much taco sauce? I don’t get it. It’s so wasteful. I order 2 tacos and they give like 10 taco sauce. There was one time they ran out of taco sauce and they couldn’t hand me a taco sauce. Really? No wonder.
Anyways, this particular Taco Bell is usually consistent with good service and pretty speedy. Their drive thru is spacious and not sardine pack like McCully location. I like the traffic flow on this location.

What can I sat about Taco Bell? It’s fast food Mexican food. I come here only when I get a craving for my Doritos Locos tacos. Love those tacos but I hope they start selling these shells in grocery stores soon! I just recently found out Taco Bell now sells churros. I was sceptical at first because I kept hearing people rave about the churros from Sam’s Club or Costco. Ummm sorry but that isn’t a churro. It’s a twisty bread with cinnamon sugar on it. FAIL!!! The Taco Bell churro is a real churro. It’s warm, crunchy on the outside, & soft on the inside. And the best part is, it’s only .99! Yes people there are finally real churros in Hawaii!!! Don’t need to wait to go to Disneyland to have a churro anymore.

Please don’t judge me but I HAD to try Taco Bell’s new breakfast offerings!
I got the breakfast crunchwrap because I thought it’d be the easiest thing to eat with one hand while driving to work listening to an audiobook, puffing on an e-​cig, and fixing my hair. (what was I using to steer the car?!? I’ll never tell hahahaha) J/​K mom I’m a safe driver!
The combo came with your choice of a hash brown or 2 Cinnabon minis on the side. Because the crunchwrap already had hash browns in it I opted for the Cinnabon minis! YAY!
For the breakfast crunchwrap you can choose sausage, bacon, or steak (for an additional charge) I got sausage but to my surprise it wasn’t like chunks of sausage but a sausage patty! This makes me think that the bacon might be placed in the wrap as strips and not scattered throughout the crunchwrap.
It was tasty enough for fast food breakfast. I actually thought the eggs were slightly better than other places powdered eggs. The cheese and «jalapeño» sauce helped make this breakfast item a little more flavorful than other places (also I’m sure a little less healthy)
Pretty much sure I’ll wind up back here again to get breakfast on to go. But I’ll have to check the #HiTraffic report before stopping in because I might need to run for a bathroom after eating my breakfast!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
We have gone to this location a couple times and have gotten horrible service and orders wrong. Ordered a #3 3 taco SURPREMES with NO TOMATOS, 1 crunchy, 2 softshells. Along with a couple other meals. I received 2 REGULAR, WITH tomatoes, 1 crunchy again with tomatoes. All regular. No supreme. Tried calling numerous times after leaving the drive thru, since we were pretty much rushed to drive off, no one answers. Will not be returning to this location nor will we suggest our friends eat here.
Oh mind you, our order was repeated to us twice and still had to order what we wasnt rung up after looking thru our bag the FIRST time.

Same ol non-​english speaking people taking orders. Funny though, food always tastes the same no matter what language they speak.

Decided to come here because I had the $ 5 Big Book.
Kind of empty inside.
The first table we chose to sit at wasn’t clean so we moved to another table.
Ordered a personal pan pizza. It was made quickly. As I ripped the slices apart, steam were rising.
From the Big Book they apparently don’t carry the cinnamon twist.
They have a poster up with dessert on it. I am curious. I’ll probably try it when I’m craving some sweets.

I come here because it is convenient. It is the on the way to walmart or longs type of place. I have been coming here for years. The service still sucks though. I don’t typically understand why it takes so long for them to make the food when there is five people behind the counter. Shouldn’t it move faster?

This is a typical taco bell. The workers are nice and the food is good during the day. But if you come after midnight be ready for a crappy meal.

Last week I set out to surprise my bf with some Taco Bell for lunch (he had mentioned having a craving for some soft tacos from Taco Bell) and this location seemed like it would be the most convenient for me. Unfortunately, my GPS failed to help me find the store. After about 5 minutes of driving around aimlessly, I pulled over at the mall and called them.
The phone kept ringing and ringing and I was starting to wonder if I had the correct number. Finally someone picked up. When I explained that I was trying to find the store, the woman told me that she couldn’t help me because she was unfamiliar with the area. When I asked her for the main cross streets, she told me she didn’t know. I asked her for nearby landmarks because my GPS had said it was near Wally Ho’s but I had parked there and looked around and failed to spot a Taco Bell. She mentioned something which I couldn’t make out and when I asked her to repeat what she had said, she told me she was busy and hung up on me.
Unbelievable! I don’t think most people would bother to call a fast food restaurant and ask for directions since they are a dime a dozen. And while I can appreciate that she may not necessarily know the area, I don’t know why she didn’t put me in touch with someone who did. When I called back to ask to speak to a manager, I was told that there was none working.
I’m posting this review in hopes that someone in management will see this and address it with the staff. I really don’t think asking for the main cross streets is asking for too much. At the very least, couldn’t they post it near the phone?

Taco bell is obviously not the most healthy choice, nor is it «real» Mexican food. But… when you need something really quick and «made-​to-​order,» Taco Bell is my go-​to choice. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not my favorite place, but it’ll do.
Also, this location has excellent customer service. Super nice drive thru experience with super cool workers.
BTW, don’t forget to look in your Sunday papers for coupons — my favorite coupon is the 20% off after 8pm.
