Best Good Year service ever! They figured out what was wrong with the vehicle and fixed it in just a manner of a few hours. They are very thorough and very professional. Thank you for the great service! This place is highly recommended!

I have been to this Goodyear location twice; first to get new tires and today to have my rear brake rotors and pads replaced. On both occasions they were very friendly and to the point on what needed to be done.
I first came here initially because they were the cheapest of several quotes I got from a few places for tires. After changing my tires they mentioned that I needed a get my rear brake pads and rotors replaced and gave a estimate for the work. I decided not to change them then and there because I wanted to do some research on pricing.
A few days ago I took my car to the dealership for a check up and they also mentioned I needed my rear brake pads and rotors replaced and quoted me $ 950+tax. I recalled the estimate I initially got from Goodyear and after calling a few other places, decided to go with them again because they were the cheapest.
I have never had a problem with them and will continue to use them for any auto maintenance needed.

This rating is based off of my personal experience: was in an emergency situation where all three off my tires blew out. Every tire company that I called was either telling me they were closing, too lazy to help me, or and not knowledgeable. But no not these guys they were close to closing time and they told me that I could bring in all three tires in and they’ll put new ones on the rim.
Jonah is the man! He took care of me at the desk and Zack and Herson were very fast at putting new tires on the rim those boys are hard workers and they got her done! I approve this company

Customer service is horrible, literally horrible. I dont understand why people would cone here. They are rude and expensive. In reality they just dont care. I hate having to come here. Who ever is working the front desk needs to be fired.

This location is awesome!!! You can drop off your vehicle and when it’s ready they call you to pick up. I have a Toyota Tacoma and started hearing this grinding noise every time I would accelerate. I became super worried and tried to call Toyota to make an appointment, but they didn’t have an opening until January 7^th. I knew that was way too long to wait. So I took it to Lex Brodie’s in Pearl City. They had my truck for over four and a half hours! When it was finally ready for pick up they informed me that the problem couldn’t be diagnosed. Wow! What a waste of my time.
A friend of mine suggested that I should take it to Goodyear. I forgot all about them and called to make an appointment and they told me to bring it in bright and early Monday morning. I dropped off my truck and after an hour and a half they called and told me that my truck was ready for pick up. Apparently something was cracked and that’s where the noise was coming from. They repaired it and now my truck is good to go! What a relief. I’ll be coming to them from now on. Thanks for the great customer service guys :)

Bad customer service. Not friendly at all for the fact that I came in wanting to give them my business. Didn’t believe me when I said what the problem was and tacked the diagnostic on top of the repair when I said that was the problem to begin with… I went to a Goodyear a few years back for the same repair and was wayyyy more affordable. Idk what’s up with this location but they need a better staff.

I’ve been coming here for every oil change and I’ve never had a problem. Most of the times, I use the $ 10 off conventional oil change. The people in there are nice and the wait isn’t very long. Only about 45 mins or less.

Called the day before, Jay took the time to explain what tires I needed for my vehicle. Went the following day, he had everything ready for me, great service. Thank you Jay for such great customer service!!!

I ended up in this location because of the bad review for «the other guys» accross the street and that reviewer had a good result, when he decided to try Goodyear for his safety check and oil change which exactly what I needed. i was not dis appointed at all. I was greeted properly by the door. Set up an appointment. (I was in the area)
Took my car in a couple of days later and was told it would take about 2 hours. So I ate at burger King and did my errands at city mill and Office depot which is a walk away. I came back after 1 and a half hour and it was almost done, I was told that they have to place an order for a special synthetic oil for my BMW for the exact specs. (They are meticulous i thought)
I did not have a bad experience with this shop at all. Since this is so close to where I live, I will be sure to comback again!

Last week I drove up to a competitor down the st some «lube» place. They tried to change me whopping 89.95 for a synthetic oil change. They operate strictly off of computer recommendation and will not go away from that. I have always gotten a conventional oil change from my dealer as well a synthetic time to time but just wanted my routine conventional oil change at this time. The customer service was horrible they didn’t seem to care and made me feel like I didn’t know anything. I chose to opt out and drive around. I found this place not
Too far and was able to make an appointment. I asked if they offered military discount but they didn’t but he offered a 10 $ off coupon they had at this time. So for convention oil change it was 32.95– 10 $ = 22.95! Even then when I do need another «synthetic» oil change it’s only 64.95−10 $= 54.96! What a deal ! Do not shop elsewhere, stop by here best prices in the area. Great customer service, very friendly staff and to the point. I would recommend to make an appointment as it seems to flow smoother. Lobby with seating and tv to make your wait go by quicker. Coming back for our other vehicle and safety checks as well.

Had issues with this place for a while, I kept going back to give them the benefit of the doubt, and because it is close to my home. Had an appt, told them I will be outside waiting. 2 ½ hours went by, and I asked them is my truck ready to go, the guy said no because I said I was leaving it. Smh, what a waste of my day off. Went there one time before, they tried charging me for my tire rotation and balance even though we discussed that I had a lifetime warranty on the tires for free rotation and balancing. Another occasion was when they installed my new brakes and when I drove off, I had a hard time stopping. I went back and asked them if they bled my brake line, and they said no. I am not car smart but I know when something is wrong. Also had an issue with them because they messed up my balancing. They refused to take my tires off to recheck the tires. They drove it around the block and said they did not feel anything was wrong. I am not sure how you test drive my vehicle on the most bumpiest (Kam Hwy) road in Pearl City. Finally after an hour of begging them, they took my tires off and finally saw the balancing was jacked up. Lets not talk about the time they replaced my belt, and the damn thing fell out of my truck as I was driving on H201, almost got into an accident bc my steering wheel stopped moving. Had to get towed. I should have stopped going to them a long time ago. That is ignorance on my part though because looking at the all of the negative reviews, their ignorance cannot be fixed.

The workers are so negative. I watched a customer come in, and the guy at the desk didn’t even look at him while he was talking to him. Everyone looks angry and it seemed like trying to get them to do service work was like pulling teeth. I only came in for a state inspection and I feel like I was an inconvenience to them. Unfortunately I already had them inspect my truck so I didn’t want to pay another company to redo an inspection. I need to do an inspection on my motorcycle, so I will definitely be taking it elsewhere. I do not recommend this service station at all and I hope management reads these reviews and does something about improving his workers attitude.

Got oil change done, next day oil and engine light came on. Apparently they did not reset my service button. My inspection receipt showed that everything was topped off however my car started overheating a few days later because there was no coolant.
Went back after overheating to get service button reset. My car did not move out of the parking stall until 45mins after my appointment time and it took them over an hour just to check car. Very disappointed with service and will not be using their services any more.
I would suggest that they should double check their work and also communicate with the customers about wait time and the status of what is going on.

Most unhappiest workers here. Took forever to get any service. Stood at front desk for 15 minutes for the front desk worker to acknowledge us. None of the workers smile or even look like they wanna be at work. Won’t be returning… Ever.

Are you kidding me? $ 700.00 dollars labor to change a water pump and thermostat. What a rip off… Lost a customer today… Very disappointed … 2 thumbs down…

I’ve only done flat repair, tire purchase and safety check. they give you the estimate up front, no surprises. They are walking distant to so many places to eat, a park and they are on the bus line going thru Kamehameha Highway. The waiting area is clean, comfortable, there’s air-​conditioning, a TV and a bathroom. At times it can get busy and sometimes I have to wait. I see these guys working and moving all the time. If a place is always busy that means they are doing something right.
I’m giving them 4 stars because if they get any busier I can’t come in any ol time to get taken care of. My car problems are never planned, they just happened. thanks guy for the good service when I’m not having a good day.

Okay so an update on this place. This place is really bad!!! They didn’t give me enough oil. The sticker on my car said I should get my oil changed around 32 000. So right now I’m at 31 500. So I figured I could wait a month to get my oil changed right?
Well my change oil light came on 500 miles early. So I called Goodyear and asked about. They told me that it wasn’t their fault and it was my cars gauges. Then proceeded to tell me it was okay to drive my car without changing the oil for 500 miles. Okay I’m a female but I’m not stupid. I know what happens if you don’t change the oil. Things get damaged and engines seize.
This place is so worried about their reputation that they are willing to damage cars and lie to their loyal clients. I won’t be coming here again. I like my car too much.
Bottom line if you want sacrifice quality for a cheap oil change then come here. I’d rather keep my car running and pay jiffy lube for an oil change.

Closest place for our safty checks and other needs. Always willing to give me a ride and pick me up from work if my car takes a long time. Thanks James!

I found a coupon in the paper for a $ 20 oil change, so I decided to give them a try. Making a appointment was quick and easy to do, and I was hoping my oil change would be the same. I’ve never had to wait more than 30 minutes, but at this location it took them 1 ½ hours, plus another 15 minutes I had to wait for the desk guy to finish his profanity laced personal phone call. What irked me the most about the appointment was that they charged $ 10 in labor to replace a brake light. I’ve replace my brake light before and it doesn’t take more than a minute if you know what you’re doing, and not only that I’ve never been charged labor fees at any auto repair shops for replacing lights.
Don’t waste your time or money with these guys! I learned my lesson and I won’t be back.

Service was helpful and efficient. Aiea/​Pearl City location, next to Burger King & right across Blaisdell Park was convenient. Turnaround time for a 4-​tire change with wheel alignment was reasonable.
My only skepticism or drawback as «non-​auto» intelligent, is whether we got value or «ripped» off for parts and labor. Had bad auto experiences at Sears Pearlridge and Automotive Car Care Pearl Kai, so guard is always up for any Auto Repair Business. Hope Goodyear Auto Center Pearl City can make a good name for the auto repair industry.
