The place was bigger than expected, waiter very informative & friendly but kept forgetting our drinks & part of our order, Sorry not impressed by the wings or sauces, favorite sauce was ranch that I took from the wilted celery & old looking carrots. I guess maybe after several beers it would’ve tasted better?

Went there last night with friends. Servers seemed too busy to refill drinks and check on us. When I ordered wings to go. I should have checkednthe order prior to leaving. My to go meal looked like old food from another persons meal. I ordered wings and got cold cheese stick soggy onion rings and stale chips. This reaturant is crap.

Ahhh ii forgot to write a review the first time we came here. Our waitress was Stepha… we LOVED her she was AMAZING… She really took care of our party, down to explaining everything that we had questions for to being as patient with us as possible. Nothing really to say other then the food was delicious and if u get a chance make sure u ask for Stepha as ur waitress. You won’t be disappointed. The next time around, we were seated immediately and the service after we got seated was kinda of «okay» we waited for a while until someone came to get our drink water and even longer for someone to take our order… Low and behold who do we see Stepha:):) I was a HAPPY camper, but sad because we weren’t in her section. She came over and greeted us and it was so nice that she remembered us:) she even remembered what we ordered and how we like to order certain things, now thats amazing. Being that she was talking to us, the waiter that was helping us told her to just take our table, ii was happy with that, lol… Again though, she was AMAZING. If she didn’t come to the rescue Im not sure how ii would’ve rated this place only because of how things were going in the beginning…

Usually a very good experience when we come here. Tonight was a different story. From the moment we sat down, my husband, cousin and I were continually harassed by a group of drunk pro bowl goers. It continued for 45 minutes before my husband mentioned something to our waiter(which handles the situation very well, his name was Cam) other then that I feel the manager was a little bias and made the comment«we have to do what we have to, just don’t start anything because we have to call the cops» I didn’t appreciate being stereotyped. Long story short, I wouldn’t advise going after a big football game or sporting event.

Thursdays are awesome. Boneless Thursday 80 cents for boneless wings. I love this spot heat to chill before or after a movie or just watch a game on their many TVs. I think I’m gonna come here every Thursday or until I get tired of wings.(not gonna happen)

I used to be a big Buffalo Wild Wings fan, but haven’t been in about a year for some reason. Decided to stop in with a friend and my girlfriend, and was pretty let down. We walked in the front door and were met with about 10 employees(seriously I have no idea why 10 of them were at the front, but ok). So they asked where we wanted to sit, dine in or bar, we set whatever was going to be faster so they said to go to the bar. We walked past a bunch of open tables in the dine in area and over to the bar area. I found this odd, and in my experience, the bar area is usually slower for dining unless the other side is just really full. But I honestly prefer the bar side anyway, so I was fine with it. We found a table and waited around for 5 – 10 minutes for someone to come over with some menus or something. Eventually a server came by, and he was friendly. We got menus and tried to order drinks. I guess the menu’s are national menus and have some items they dont stock, so I skipped drinks, others got some and seemed happy enough. The menu had changed since I last came, and now don’t include things like… how many wings come per size, which is a pretty important detail. So we asked about that, then ordered our food. Food came out after a while, it was cold. Again, this was surprising becasue it’s not like the place was busy. There were people there, but no where even close to capacity. And there were clearly a lot of staff, so I have no idea why. The food was alright. The wings seemed smaller than before, and the breading thicker on the boneless wings and the prices all seemed to have gone up as well. Overall it was a pretty meh experience. If you want a place to watch sports and eat wings, then I guess they are a decent option, but if you just want some good wings, there are several MUCH better choices on island.

Having gone to Buffalo Wild Wings on several occasions in Tucson, AZ, I was excited to «get my wing on» at B-Dubs. Knowing that the location would be busy, I called ahead to place my order for pickup. The estimated wait time was 20 minutes. Since I was running errands on my way to pick up the wings, I was delayed and showed up about 40 minutes after my wings should have been ready. When I approached the counter, I mentioned that I called in an order about an hour ago and wondered how long my wings had been sitting around waiting for me to pick them up. To my surprise, the lady said they were still cooking them and it’d be just a few minutes. After waiting about 15 minutes, I approached the counter again to inquire how much longer it would take. Another employee asked for my name and then informed me my wings had been sitting on the counter the whole time. He tried to show me what they looked like so he could give them to me. The wings looked cold and barely had any sauce on them. I was quite disappointed to have waited an hour and fifteen minutes, paying $ 1.38/wing, only to take home cold unfinished food. While the guy was showing me the unimpressive food, the original girl came back to the counter. I pointed out that my wings had been sitting there the whole time. She responded saying that they’ll remake them and it’ll only take 15 more minutes. Having waited this long, I decided to stay and wait for the fresh order. By the time I left, it had take an hour and thirty minutes to cook 24 boneless wings. The food was okay. Not that impressive — especially for the wait and money paid. They gave two small containers of ranch — not enough for 24 wings. The celery and carrots were okay. In regards to the facility: –Parking is difficult to find. –Employees standing around, while others are confused and unhelpful. –They cannot seat parties over 10 people. I was overall unimpressed and unhappy with my experience. In the future, I will either choose another B-Dubs, or just go to Wing Stop — where their prices and food are much better.

A BWW is a BWW. The food is always pretty consistent. The main reason why I’m giving this place a 2-star rating is because of the wait times. I went in with some friends on a Wednesday night. The restaurant was fairly empty, but we still had to wait 10 – 15 minutes to be seated. I know that empty tables doesn’t mean that there should be a table for you to sit at immediately, but I didn’t think the allotted wait time was necessary. After we ordered, we must have waited 25 – 30 minutes before receiving our food. We only ordered some wings, seasoned fries, and one appetizer. The fries were overly seasoned. I’m not sure what made the food take so long because nearly everyone else in the restaurant was eating. Also, our server didn’t really check in with us during our entire wait. If this is the speed of service on a slow weeknight, I would be nervous for them on their busy days.

I’ve definitely had better Buffalo Wild Wings. The server was nice and we were seated quickly. However, the wings that we ordered took LONG. 45 minutes and they weren’t even busy. Also, I came with my grandkids and I ordered the mini corn dogs. I can’t believe that the corn dogs were delivered to us after the wings. Poor kids. :(Not even fries. Anyway, location is good but being that I live on the mainland and I go to a lot of different locations, this is bar far the lowest on my list. Even the Waikiki restaurant was much faster with their service.

I want to start off by saying I always go to the bar side ! The only time I sit on the restaurant side is when Mia is working and I haven’t seen her recently. She’s the only one I will have serve me in the dining area(best service) But if going there always check the bar side, the wait can be quicker. Food is alright… Prices are expensive(11 $ or something for like 5 wings ?!) But the service I get from them is awesome, timing is not the best but the serves that have serve me have been amazing. If you want to be in a social place defiantly come here, if you want a quick meal this is not the place it defiantly takes time.

I like BWW but honestly DONT come here if you’re looking for some place quick and fast to eat. First of all, they normally tell you it’ll be an hour wait, but it ends up being two hours! Atleast be honest and say, it’s gonna be two hours. Not an hour and leave us hanging for more. We checked up on our name multiple times and the host told us «they’re cleaning up the table now so you’ll be seated soon», & we end up waiting another million years. Finally get seated and our waiter seems a lil sassy. Food takes forever and a day to get out. I ordered tacos and legit… my food came out last. He told me «it’ll be out in a min» and it didn’t even reach me until 10 minutes later. All of my friends finished eating before I could even get my meal! And it didn’t even have any sour cream or sauce in the taco?! I was so confused??? The only reason why this place has two stars is because it’s a good location for where I live and because maybe 1 out of the 5 times I’ve been here, I actually had good service. And the food is pretty bomb. The wait and their attitude is just annoying. And all of the times I’ve been here I’ve had issues with the wait between seating & our food orders.

We had dinner here at Buffalo Wild Wings and the food was ok. Nothing spectacular but our waiter was so good. He was very attentive and very friendly. This place is definitely a place to watch sports events. I had the pulled pork sandwich with honey bar b que sauce with cole slaw. It was good, there’s not much that you can do to go wrong with that.

I like to come here to have some after work drinks. It’s a good spot to hangout and chill with friends. Other than that, it isn’t the best place. First off, food quality really sucks. There are a few items I don’t mind, such as the flatbreads. I honestly don’t know what the hype is about. Also, some(not all) of the wait staff aren’t that good. I’ve just had many bad experiences with attitudes and them forgetting things. We’re all human and we all make mistakes but it’s hard when it happens every time.

There are just some things that when put together, create your own personal utopia, right? This is mine. Football, trivia, beer, not only one type of fried cheese, but TWO types of fried cheese, fried mushrooms… I love you Buffalo Wild Wings and I’m absolutely ecstatic that one is opening in close proximity to me soon on the Ewa side! All the food for the most part is fried, greasy, atherosclerosis waiting to happen yumminess. Some people don’t like that, so if you don’t, I think the only healthy thing on the menu is a side salad. If you do like all the bad for you food, I’d recommend the fried mushrooms, the cheese curds, onion rings, and fried pita with spinach artichoke dip. As far as the wing sauces go, all of them are fine, but if you want slap yo grandma spicy, the mango habanero packs the heat. If you don’t like heat, the garlic Parmesan is very savory. The place itself is spacious, but it still gets very crowded during football season. Expect over an hour wait, sometime two. Either find someone with the NFL package and get your food to go or put your name in for that two hour long wait and walk around SAMs club and nosh on samples. The service is hit or miss. You’ll either get a bubbly helpful server willing to bring you as many refills needed after eating those spicy wings or you’ll get a disgruntled server who’s disappointed that she got your table instead of that big group of military guys having a lunch meeting.(I think I might be disappointed too, lol!) This is a good date night area because the movie theaters are right next door and on the other side you can find a Diary Queen in the food court. See, I told you this is utopia :)

We usually come on Tuesdays for the 75 cent wings special but we might have to rethink that… Our usual order consists of fried pickles(bomb!) and of course chicken wings. We always order the dry rub buffalo. When they do season it, the flavor is delicious! Nice heat and buttery flavor. However they always seem to under season it. There’s barely any buffalo powder on the wings. Seriously. Just straight fried chicken. The garlic Parmesan is always good! They put enough sauce on it every time! I think they have an issue with their dry rubs because every time we order a dry rub, there’s barely anything on the wings. The real kicker is that they weren’t even busy when we went! You would figure the cooks would put enough effort into serving quality wings since it’s their speciality!

Finger lickin’, suck on the bone, good! Well… not really sucking on a bone but working on getting near the bone. Everyone who knows me will tell you that I have major chicken issues. I was not a chicken person and rarely wanted to eat boneless chicken. To be honest, bone in chicken grossed me out, still kind of does. I will eat the skin and skim off some meat and I’m done. It’s all because I cannot stand seeing the chicken veins! It grossed me out so bad that the chicken would look uneaten, though I assure you I «tried» to eat it. I’m not sure what happened but I love these little chicken wings and drumettes! I actually crave BWW chicken almost daily. I’ve tried other places and I feel my phobia of veins kick in. My first time here, was right after having my surgery. As we walked to the bar(self seating) area to avoid the long wait, I looked around and boy did everyone’s chicken look so scrumptious! While ordering I decided to get the cheese curds as I la la la love cheese and forego getting the boneless. I was going big or going hungry. I wasn’t supposed to have anything spicy so being me I got the mango habanero(my doc wasn’t there, so…). People in my party tried to snitch me out to the waiter. Explaining doctor’s order. no spicy. Our waiter was the bomb. He suggested the sauce on the side so I could control the intake. It was delicious! Been here many times now and I’ve tried many of their flavors, nachos, wedges and other dishes as well as their drinks. The sauces are tasty and when they say hot they mean spicy hot! If you can turn a chicken vein hating, deathly afraid of getting near a chicken bone person like me, into a person who craves your chicken… BIGPROPS! I’ll definitely be back soon and then again and again. The wait time is long, I suggest heading straight for the bar section as(knock on a chicken bone) I haven’t had to wait. Mmmm, until we meet again Jammin’ Jalapeño sauced wings. I’ll be dreaming of you.

We always came to this location and loved it on a regular. We came today to watch a college football game and the service was awful. Not only did the service suck we had to basically beg for our bill. We found out they loved from a franchise to corporate office which apparently makes their service suck. This was the worst experience I have ever had at bdubs I don’t want to go back until they get it fixed. We didn’t get any napkins, carrots or an extra bin for our wing bones. You guys suck get it together.

Buffalo Wild Wings was on my «To Try» list for a long time, and I finally got to check it out! First off, the place is huge! We were seated right away(it was lunchtime on a Saturday, and we beat the crowds, apparently). There was an option to eat in or go to the self-serve bar area. I’m not sure what that was about, since we ate in – I’ll have to check it out next time. Don’t let the name fool you, BWW has a very extensive menu, complete with salads, burgers, and of course wings! There are bone-in and boneless options, and a whole lotta sauces and ordering options. Personally, I was a little overwhelmed by all the choices! @Lisa I. & I took a while to decide, and started out with some fried cheese curds. Yummmmm. Cheese curds are already awesome, and add some fried goodness, and it’s like fried mozzarella sticks with the curdy«squeak». They were great with or without the accompanying sauce. I liked them best plain. We also got a side of coleslaw«to be healthy» said Lisa. Meh, I’m not a coleslaw fan. We ordered the medium size wings(I think), which came with about 18 wings, a tray of carrots & celery, and both blue cheese and ranch dressings. That’s a LOT of wings for 2 people to eat and there were leftovers! Flavors we tried: buffalo dry rub, honey barbecue and spicy garlic. All flavors were good. My favorite(and our server’s favorite) was the buffalo dry rub. The menu states that the wings are«spun» in flavor. I have to wonder what that means… the wings themselves are not battered, but fried with just a touch of crispy goodness on the edges and the ends, which is just how I like them. They’re generously meaty, tender & juicy inside, but not overly greasy. I noticed that there were way more«drummettes» than the 2-joined other wing part(what are those called??) in the order. This is great for the amount of meat you get with each piece, but not so great if you prefer the other part. The more wings you order, the more flavors you can get, and the trays each come with a little sticker on them in case you forget which flavor is which. Nice touch! Our server was very attentive and friendly – I love when they seem like they’re enjoying their jobs! Napkins – key when eating with the hands – are large, and they immediately bring a few per person. When we asked for more, we got a nice generous pile. Just a little thing, but It would have been a nice touch to get wet wipes at the end of our meal(or in my case, just have a sink with hot water & soap right in the dining room… I am that messy!). BWW seems really family friendly. There were high chairs and something I’ve never seen before – 2 families were provided a «rack» looking device on which to place their babies that were already in carriers. I thought they were so neat that I had to take a photo! Finally, I noticed on their website that there are special deals for bone-in wings on Tuesdays and boneless«wings» on Thursdays. Uh oh… I’m gonna have to go check that out!

Came here on a Friday evening with my girlfriends around 8:30 and didn’t get sat for a little over an hour! We thought about going elsewhere so many times, but just decided to stay and prayed the wait wouldn’t be too bad. WRONG. I was starving and thought I was gonna die from starvation. Not to mention, I don’t know how many parties were no-shows as they were the smart ones to all leave, but even with all those no-shows, we somehow managed to still wait over an hour. Crazy. After we got seated, we were given our menus. I don’t think they clean their menus because it was super sticky. Ew. And I don’t like how close the tables are next to each other. Felt like we were squeezing through tables just to get to our table. Our server was friendly. He was patient with us as we were indecisive on what to order and was great to help give advice on what was good for us girls that don’t like spicy too much. Our drinks and food came out fairly quickly. I do wish there was bread or something because I was starving after waiting for so long :/But everything we ordered was delicious and the boneless chicken was very tasty. At the end of the night, I kinda felt sick to the stomach as we ate all fried food. Man, there went my diet! lol. If you like sports, this place is a great place to go as it’s surrounded by a billion TV screens playing everything from basketball, wrestling, and even golf! Sorry, don’t mind my comment. I’m one who doesn’t believe golf is a sport haha. Parking at Pearl Highlands isn’t too bad. But if it’s ever too crowded, there’s also the floor below near 24hours that holds a good amount of open stalls. Overall, I do like this location for the ambiance and the food. Hopefully once football season starts, we can watch games here…

Always drove past this place, and was curious how this nationwide chain was like. Thursday night was pretty busy, with a 30min wait, but there was apparently a $ 0.80 boneless wing special that helped make it better. The artichoke dip appetizer was good– mostly the pita chips were what I thought stood out. It was not too hard or soft, and and had good flavor on its own. Of the boneless wings, we got the 6 least spicy flavors and seasonings. The only real winner to me was the Parmesean Garlic. We liked it so much, that we even ordered the ones with the bones, which we liked even better. I realized that the boneless had a bit too much crust for my liking in comparison, which makes the flavors more dull. I would be interested in trying all the flavors again with the bone. Dessert Nachos were okay. The cinnamon«nacho» chips were a little bland, and the saving grace was the little balls(cheesecake balls??) in it. Would recommend getting that separately if possible!
