Victoria’s Secret

I have been in this store on three separate occasions and I must say that the customer service is a hit or miss. First time I went in the service was pretty good. The second time it was not great at all and noone even asked if I needed help. The third time everyone was Very helpful and friendly. I think it just depends on who is working that day. The prices are always high but you get what you pay for. Wish they caried all Sizes instead of just 38 and below. As a woman I think it is important to have a variety in every size as we are all Not built the same.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service!!! From the manager upto the sales associates, they’re all so mean and giving us attitudes when we trying to ask questions about their on going sales. All of them needs to look for a job that don’t deal with customers.

I really don’t know what these other reviews are talking about. I am a regular customer (once or twice a month at least) and a credit card holder and I shop at many victorias secrets and this one is by far the best! I live closer to the arbor place location but will drive out of my way to go to this store. It seems as though they are the only ones to get my measurement right and make the proper recommendations. The managers– Tina and Brianna have been there a long time and really know what they are doing. They always help me with my bras. They have such friendly employees, I have always have a positive experience. My only complaint would be that they are too small and do not carry swimwear. Other than that they are great.

Horrible customer service, the manager is totally unhelpful and needs to be changed. She does not try to help at all.

Worst customer service ever. Went in today for a simple exchange and was told because they don’t carry the item I have to call customer service. She told me that all they do is send the item back that she couldn’t even set up an exchange I now have to wait for the refund and purchase the item again. Meanwhile the cashier proceeded to roll her eyes and shake her head every 5 seconds and huffing under her breathIf your that miserable with your job don’t work in retail. I wasnt being rude and i didnt give an attitude back but seriously i had my daughter with me and even she noticed how rude the cashier was. I never walked into the store in peachtree city before and after today it will be the last time. At least when you call the 800 number their always helpful so I would suggest ordering online and to stay away from the nasty people at this place.

There’s just something about the energy that this store (or it’s employees rather) gives off. Let’s look beyond the fact that they rarely ever have anything in stock; you may find the perfect bra, but good luck with finding the panties to match, or in your size. The customer service is just… subpar, for lack of better words. Not one time have I visited this store and been somewhat satisfied. The associates follow you around the store (or maybe they only follow people with a little more melanin in their skin), pretending to be the alert and always prompt service rep you need, but when you actually ask them to help you with something their responses lack all effort, which makes me feel completely uncomfortable.
My last visit here, which was 2 days ago, I made a very nice purchase WITH MY DEBIT CARD and the cashier still asked to see my ID! What? ID required for a debit card purchase? That doesn’t even make sense. I didn’t even realize it until I had already left the store, but I had every right to refuse her request because I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to require ID for debit card purchases. At any rate, the whole incident just made me feel terribly uncomfortable and unappreciated as a customer.
Needless to say, I will not be shopping here again. I’d rather take the drive to Lenox or Douglasville, than to deal with the degrading customer service at this store.

Horrible customer service. I was profiled by an Asian lady who practically accused me of shoplifting. After she realized that I had a receipt for my items she gave me a fake apology. Damage was already done. I contacted the store manager Brianna but she never returned my call. Never shopping at that location again.

I like this Victoria’s Secret! Overall, the employees are nice and friendly. I have had some wonderful experiences with them and some not so great ones. For the most part, the experiences are positive. There are only a few «not so friendly/​pleasant» employees there. The product selection is decent, but not as large as the Cumberland store.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Love to just drop in and see what sales are going on. They have two semi-​annual blow out sales. Mid December and Mid June for storewide sales. And what better way to feel Beautiful under your clothes than to wear your own «secrets».
