The Blind Guyz

The Blind Guyz did a fantastic job and we couldn’t be more pleased with our new beautiful auwning on our deck. Before we could not use this space because it gets the strong western sun, but under the awning it feels like a good 15 degrees cooler and keeps the breakfast room area inside cool as well. I would highly recommend The Blind Guyz for your window covering needs. We had multiple plantation shutters and blinds installed in our new home and we are very pleased with the results. Dave even made a change to our original request to accommodate a two-​piece shutter instead of the one-​piece ordered as the window looked better with a split shutter and ensured all shutters were perfect. The installers were professional and left no mess behind. The overall result increased the value and appeal of our home. By the way, we quoted 4 others and decided on The Blind Guyz. It was a great decision.

David, I wanted you to know that Vivian did a awesome job. I was «Blown Away» that it only took 25 to minutes total to install 9 of our windows and they look amazing!!!
Felton and I love our «Blinds»! Thank you for the the 25% discount and the additional 5% military discount. Also, you suggested that we go with the 2 ½ inch blinds and the valances. Great suggestion, it was a wonderful «Upgrade».
The Blinds that you offered without holes in them were another great suggestion because you can’t see any light coming through and they’re more secure.
I’ve been telling everyone in our new community that «The Blind Guyz» have excellent prices and they do quality work. I have giving your name and number to a few homeowners, they absolutely «Love» our blinds. The Bind Guyz Rock!!!

We had The Blind Guyz custom build and install 8 plantation shutters in our home. All of the shutters are about 10 feet high and are arched on the top. They look fabulous and we are extremely pleased with the look and functionality of them. They took a little longer than I would have liked to come in and were very expensive, but they were custom, so that is to be expected. I LOVE these shutters!

I actually do exist and I have a receipt to prove it! I obviously do not exist in your mind because you never showed up to fix the issues and wouldn’t return my calls.

Will not use Blind Guyz again. We have been waiting almost 4 months to have job completed due to a missing part in blind. On the calls that are returned (most are not) we just get excuses about how it is someone else’s fault. I guess they do not realize that they pick their vendors so they are responsible for the end product. I learned my lesson. Should have withheld payment until job was finished as my last call to ask about refund is also going unanswered. At this point we have given up that they will resolve out open item and will work with another company to fix it. I did not get other bids as they were recommended when we move into new sub division. I will make sure ALL of these new neighbors with big new houses that need new blinds and the realtor office are aware of this poor service and lack of follow through.

Before you buy anything from Blind Guyz Senoia check the BBB– they got an F. Thankfully, we didn’t buy anything from Blind Guyz Senoia but we did get them to install our new shades. We bought our shades from
and needed someone to install them. We set up an installation appointment with Dave but he never showed and never called so we called him and he didn’t answer. We called him from a different phone number and he answered and said he wasn’t able to come because he had to take a friend to the doctor earlier. We would have totally understood had he called us to let us know. We finally convinced him to come out and install that night and he arrived an hour + late with a less than sunny disposition. A few months later one of our blinds fell and we asked him to come hang it again. We set an appointment but he called to reschedule for 2 days later. 2 days later he never called and never showed up. We emailed him and called and left 2 messages with no response. Initially, we were glad to have found them because we just started renovating several houses to sell and rent– glad we found out how dependable they are before we gave them a bigger job. Scott M may or may not exist but we had the same problems with Dave. It should also occur to anyone reading this review that Scott M may not have used his real name. (referencing review below).

The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I can’t give –1 stars. This place has the worst customer service. They don’t return phone calls and when they do, you get lied to regarding when they’re going to do the work that they never end up doing. I will NEVER call them again and I wouldn’t suggest anyone else use them either.
