I am going to give this Starbucks 5 stars because they really deserve it. I frequent this Starbucks quite often and used to come everyday to study or just catch up on leisure reading. In response to other reviews on here, there is absolutely no way that this Starbucks can handle the massive traffic it gets in the miracle time frame being placed on it. The line literally can be out the door sometimes, but the baristas here do their best to keep up. I would never say the place is filthy, I have, in fact, seen them wiping down the tables and taking out the trash, however, again, this is a high traffic store so some straw paper may be on the ground. It’s good to think that the snapshot of when you are in there does not represent the overall quality of the store. I enjoy this Starbucks. They have adequate power stations and outside the power stations are in the light posts. They do their best and should be commended for that.

Small and usually crowded. The outside seating area is just not enough. There’s no power station. No couches. There’s this awful huge bar seating thing right were everyone is standing in line. There’s no room to stand while you wait for your coffee. I also wish the people who work there would be a bit more… how to say… Happy? A smile won’t kill you. This place is just kinda hopeless. It’s a great location but I really avoid it if I really want a Starbucks coffee. I just hate the place. I feel like due to my misery they should have coffee at half price.

I came here to take a break from all the shopping. I wasn’t too impressed with the customer service and the place was a tad bit too messy for me. I went here on a Thursday with my wife and my mom in law. I was expecting for something nicer, but was disappointed. My wife bought a gift card and asked for a pen to borrow quickly from the cashier. He stated he had a marker but that he’s not handing it over because he needed it to write people’s names. We just needed a writing utensil to say thank you on the gift card. We were not planning on keeping it for more than 30 seconds.
It’s petty but really? We can’t hold your marker for 30 seconds. Um. Ok.

Unfortunately this is the most convinent Starbucks for me to stop by on my way to work. Even when the place isn’t that busy the service is slow. When the place is packed it’s even slower. The quality of the coffee varies from time to time but it’s good but my orders have been messed up a few more times than I would like. I’ve had to go way out of my way to get good coffee and decent service lately. It’s really unfortunate.

Very nice ambience, one of the better Starbucks in area. They’re baked goods are, as usual, delicious. The baristas are typically friendly and quick to do your drinks. And yeah… it’s Starbucks. What more do I have to say?

I’m giving 1 star only because this place is filthy! It is 1:00 on a Wednesday afternoon. Not very busy. The 3 men working didn’t crack a smile the whole 10 min I waited for my drink and the crappy and uncomfortable table and chairs are etched with profanity. Not impressed. Will not be back although I am in the area 2 – 3 times a week. The manager should be embarrassed!

Don’t come here if you drink decafe, they don’t even brew it and then won’t give you a refill if they have to make on the clover. This place has just too good a location and they’re always packed which makes them arrogant and lacking customer service most of the time — seating is terrible.
It’s worth your time to drive down to the Starbucks by Publix for friends service and amazing seating.

This Starbucks is one of the better ones. The biggest problem it is small and always packed. Being in «The avenue» it is in a busy shopping center and the only one in Peach Tree so it is BUSY!!! They do a solid job of moving fast but the line is long most of the time and as I said seating is limited. So all in all I give it a 3 Star rating due to limited seating NO drive through and long waits.

Any place else, this might be a 2 star, but in PTC, this is as good as it gets. The best part is you get a chance most mornings to see Stacey at work. She is so hot!

This Starbucks was PACKED when I went and the line was slooooow. As I observed, customers weren’t ordering complicated drinks either. I left after a few minutes because I was annoyed but came back because a few friends I was going to meet up with at another place was going to be super late, so why not wait in this line?
I finally ordered my drink, and looked at this large, modern and pretty Starbucks. Once I ordered it took about 2 minutes for my drink. I noticed they were in a shift change. The A Team must have arrived. Boom. AND my drink was pretty delicious, however there was too much white mocha syrup, so it was a tad sweet, but the extra espresso shot I also order did the job.

Always a nice and pleasant staff. The location is awesome and it’s always clean, and of course, free wifi. I always get a good drink, but they can get very busy and have forgotten my and others drinks before. Overall, not an issue worth caring too much about. If you plan on hanging out, bring a hoodie because it can feel like a fridge inside!

What can you say about starbucks… Same selection of delectable coffee concoctions. What is different abou this starbucks is it’s size. It has a large indoor seating area and outdoor patio and it seems like the muzac is just a tad lower on volume so you can have a conversation using «inside voices». Be forewarned though… if you live local, chances are you will see someone you know… definately got the neighborhood feel. If you want to get starbucks coffee incognito, go to the one by Publix. It is small so no one sticks around to bump into.
