Really nice place with gooood food! The biscuits are amazing!!! I will definitely try this place again when I’m in town!

Great place for breakfast! The food is really good. So far I’ve had the Southern Eggs Benedict and the western omelet… both really tasty! The kids had chocolate chip Mickey pancakes, which they really enjoyed.

A diamond in rough in Peachtree City Georgia for breakfast. A good value and good service. This is where the locals go.

Best place around for Breakfast and Lunch in PTC. Well trained and efficient staff and always great to see Mimi at the grill on busy days. The local business and political hub for the area.

Very cute place just filled with southern hospitality and comfort food. I had the veggie omelet with hash browns and a biscuit. Food was served hot, to taste, and in a timely manner. The staff was friendly and warm. The place itself has a casual ambiance with a vintage vibe to it. The walls are covered with numerous quotes, posters, and chachkies.
Definitely recommend.

It was my first time coming here and the food was delicious. I got the western omelette with hashbrowns. It also came with a biscuit and it was perfect. Nice and toasty and crunchy. The hashbrowns were delicious. The omelette was good. The only thing I did not like about the omelette was the cheese. It felt very fake and liquid. It was like eating Velvetta. Everything else was good. Id come back but I don’t think I’d get the omelette.

What a nice little gem with a diner atmosphere. Came on a Sunday and it was busy but service was fast. Looking around everyone was getting an amazing breakfast but I decided to be different and order lunch especially since I actually had time to scramble eggs for myself already that morning. I ordered the chicken fried steak and gravy and I chose a baked potato for my side. It came with a good sized salad prior to the meal arriving. I was crazy satisfied with my meal, it definitely tasted like Mama had made it for me. I can’t wait to give this place another try.

Mimi’s is great! Not only is the food great but the customer service there is impeccable! My grandmothers used to go to the Huddle House (before it was Mimi’s) every single morning. They had their usual meals and their usual staff/​friends to chat with. They did this for more than 8 years and it is one of my favorite memories with them! The location that Mimi has now is beautiful and fits the restaurant so well! Best cheese eggs, ever!

We had a great breakfast here this morning. We enjoyed all the signs on the walls, and the service was good too.

The parking is shared amongst a handful of other businesses. Ambiance is very casual and the crowd seems local. Bring a light sweater if you’re prone to getting cold; A/​C works very well.
Staff seems friendly and personable. My waitress gave me a few suggestions and I opted for the Philly plate with steak. I asked if I could up my hash browns to Lisa’s Chili hash browns and got the green light.
My order arrived in about five to ten minutes. The Philly sandwich came on Texas Toast with green peppers, onions, and cheese. Cheese was perfectly melted, steak sliced well but not seasoned, and the veggies were nice. I would’ve liked to see some more canalization on the peppers and onions though.
Hash browns were cooked perfectly. Light and fluffy and excellent flavor. The chili on top was under seasoned but had a nice consistency. Peppers in the chili were sautéed well. I also loved the addition of minced ham and diced fresh tomatoes.
All in all this was a great, quick, lunch. Very filling, great textures, but it needed a little extra kick in each bite. Can’t wait to try a breakfast next time.

Can’t miss if you want a perfectly prepared breakfast. Only saying breakfast because I haven’t been there for lunch.

I had seen Mimi’s on Unilocal many times over the years. This morning we had to be in PTC early this morning so all the planets aligned and we headed over for breakfast.
It’s a small, busy and comfortable place where the owner is literally cooking your breakfast. We waited a few minutes and had a nice chit chat with another couple also waiting. The service was absolutely excellent!!! So much so that my husband gave Ashley a $ 10 tip. The food was good and fresh down home cooking… we will absolutely make this a regular stop for breakfast.
I had perfect medium eggs, hash browns, grits, bacon and a yummy biscuit. M had a perfectly cooked chopped steak, eggs, hash browns and a side of bacon.

This is the place you’ve been searching for! It’s the type of place where you can get meal that is on par with what your mom or grandma used to make. The vibe is upbeat, recommended for both people with children or without. Simply delicious comfort food!

This place tho was amazing! So good, we went twice during our weekend stay in PTC. I found this place on Trip Advisor and cross referenced this place on Unilocal.My buddy was like where is this place when we were looking for it. Its nestled in a some what industrial looking strip mall is the best way to describe it.
When we first get there, it was seat your self kind of place which I thought was kinda of weird cause I’m always used to a host seating us etc. But we found a table that we kinda of shared with other people that was already eating.
The first time we went there was no wait and we found a table right away. The second time we went, we had to wait a quick minute for a table to clear up because it was busy. Both days almost all the tables at customers at them.
The food, OMG, the food was amazing. My buddy got extra burnt hash browns and I didn’t know you are able to get it that way, so the second time we went, i got mines extra burnt and thats how I eat my hash moving forward.
Everything seems to be home made like the biscuits and gravy, the waffles and pancakes were all very good. You will love everything you get from the breakfast menu. I did not try anything on their lunch menu because I’m a eat breakfast ²⁴⁄₇ guy.
Service was pretty good, but we did had to ask for a few things the first time we went, but the second time, our waitress was on point.
When I’m back in PTC, and will most definitely come back here and tell everyone I know about it.

Food was amazing. Had a very delicious waffle, grits, bacon and cheese eggs. Waiter was friendly. Would be nice if they let guests know to seat themselves for people who’ve never been. I would go again.

Best Pecan Waffles anywhere.
I would like to try other menu items but I can’t stop eating her Pecan Waffles.

Best breakfast in PTC! I’ve been here numerous times. I usually get the same thing (Mimi’s big breakfast… scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, and a biscuit) and it is great every single time. Servers are always nice and efficient.

We were looking for some local charm and thought we had found it… we were wrong! Staff was not the friendliest and no one wanted to serve us. I actually heard them discussing who would serve us. We waited and waited and waited! And the we got our food and it was «Waffle House» I mean it looked and tastes like Waffle House. I love Waffle House but we were looking for local charm! Disappointed, Unilocal you let us down on this one!!!
