The store manager Harold Watson went above and beyond to take care of us! We initially purchased a mattress that we thought we would like but it turned out to not be the right fit for us. When we went back to the store to find a replacement, he was more than patient with us, answered all of our questions and encouraged us to spend as much time on each of the candidates that we needed in order to be comfortable that we were making the right decision. Ultimately, I think we did and Mr. Watson was a big part if that!
