Chick-fil-A

I like this place (chick fil a) alot and I love their customer service. However I feel that drive thru in this particular location lacks friendly customer service and my salads for the past 4 times the portions are ¹⁄₃ of the salad container. I tried to reach out to their customer service but i have not heard back from them.

This has to be one of the best locations I’ve been to so far! Workers are always so kind and friendly as well as being efficient. I’ve never left this location unsatisfied. The reason for me giving 4 stars instead of 5, however, is because my last 2 or 3 visits weren’t as stellar as my others. Don’t get me wrong, both the service and the food are always top notch and that hadn’t changed but in these last few visits when I went through the drive-​thru I sat and waited up to 20 minutes waiting which is totally not like how Chick-​Fil-​A is on a normal basis. Going inside is a different story though. Every time I go inside I wait maybe a max of 2 – 3 minutes and I’m always greeted with a smile and always feel welcome. The most recent of times I went through the drive-​thru I waited about 10 minutes just to place my order and it actually ended up being wrong which I have to admit was the first time my food had ever been incorrect there, then I waited another several minutes to get my food but they were more than willing to do anything to make sure I was a satisfied customer and remained kind and accommodating. Overall, this location is extremely delightful and very personable. I will most definitely continue to eat here as I always did and if you’re in the area and are craving some chick-​fil-​a, I recommend stopping by. You won’t be disappointed!

Of course, it would be silly to write a food review on a chick fila considering all of them taste the same. This review is about the service. This is the only chick fila i have ever been to where the staff actually cares and values the customer. I was blown away at the level of service that was shown. Staff members are friendly, willing to help, will typically have a conversation with you, and walk to your table to ask if everything is okay and if any more assistance (refills, trash, etc) is needed

Personally I can’t stand Peachtree City establishments. Everyone seems to have an entitlement attitude everywhere I go. But this Chickfila is the only place in PTC that I’ll frequent. Of all places! The service is great and the kids that work here are sweet, hard working, young adults that understand the value of a dollar. Well done!

Simply the best. Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere. Chick Fil A is easily a favorite in our home any time of day.

The food is great, as it is at pretty much every other Chick-​Fil-​A. What makes this particular location stand out though is their customer service. Chick-​Fil-​A already sets the standard for consistently great customer service, but this location seems to take it even further! We will be back… often!

Oustanding food and service! The only fast food I eat.

I have loved Chick Fil A for many years and they are all good. However, this particular location is exceptional. Their service is very fast and efficient and always delivered with a smile. If the drive through line gets long, they send an employee outside to take your order in person before you get to the «squawk box» and radio the order back inside. If you order a catering tray they carry the tray out to your car for you. What service! The manager is always on top of things. One day I observed him walking out to the parking lot to pick up a lone piece of trash that someone had left on the pavement. Now THAT is attention to detail. Not to mention that the chicken, fries, cole slaw, brownies, fruit salad, and on and on, are top notch, tasty food. If you need food fast (not fast food) and you are in Peachtree City, this is the place to go.

Quite honestly, this location sets the standard for other locations. Other locations especially in other states — even free-​standing locations — just don’t have the same quality. The Chick-​Fil-​A interpretation of the chicken sandwich is classic.
I love the salads — a colorful mixture of vegetables (not spring mix or iceberg lettuce) and non-​oily, non-​filler chicken. The Chick-​Fil-​A sauce tastes like a mixture of barbecue sauce and honey mustard, and I like the spicy dressing — a creamy and spicy sauce.
Dining in is just as quick as driving through, and even if you see a crowd of families, know that you will receive your food very quickly. Chick-​Fil-​A has ample amounts of condiments — flavored creamers, Frank’s hot sauce, mayonnaise, and any other kind of condiment you can think of for your easy access.
The employees are quick to help you, say «Mah pleasure,» and fast on refilling your drink before you need it. And they serve Diet Dr. Pepper! Their drinks are in styrofoam cups which means your crushed ice lasts all day, but sometimes the straw bursts through the bottom of the cup.
Breakfast is just as delicious — chicken nuggets inside an amazing roll! If you are watching your calories, or not, you should check out Chick-​Fil-​A near its birthplace, especially if you want a pleasant, delicious «Fast-​Food» experience for under $ 7!
