Good variety of flavors and there’s usually a new one, so they must rotate the options. I don’t come often, but always notice that there are different flavors available. Prices are decent, just don’t go crazy with toppings and price won’t be outrageous. If you have no self control and eat with your eyes, you will end up with an overpriced treat. Lots of different toppings including fruit and candy. I’ve never had a problem with the girl who works there, she is very helpful and will let you try something if your iffy about trying something new.

I’m not a mall goer, I just don’t like it. After trudging through the rigamoral of shopping I found myself entering upon the food court… and this shining little gem! As I approached I was enthusiastically greeted by an energetic little lady named Olivia. She promptly offered me a sample of yogurt and suggested the pineapple sorbet. Not generally being prone to flavors such as these I was pleasantly surprised when I liked it! It was so fresh tasting and she informed me that they do, in fact, make it themselves with real pineapple! However, the salted caramel had already caught my eye and so I continued to fill up my cup with such delights as peanutbutter cup, blueberries, chocolate sprinkles, kitkats and sauce. Frickin’ fantastic and exactly what I needed to subdue the tension and aggravation of the mall! The price was definitely reasonable, especially since everything is said to be fresh and house made. I will be breaking the threshold of the mall again but only to cross the food court to Tutti Frutti. I’m hoping to be in a more healthy mood as they have quite a more healthy selection with a number of fresh fruit toppings like various berries… and gummies!

I have been to many frozen yogurt joints and this happens to be the favorite. Always enjoy the flavors and the customer service is excellent. Also they have the usual toppings and a few that I am not used to. Can’t think of them at the moment but I know them when I see them. Anyways, not only do they have frozen yogurt, but that they also have bubble tea and amazing smoothies which I thoroughly enjoy. My boyfriend says it is the best he has ever had in his entire life. I tried the tropical one but I had a sip of the berry one and I will have to get that next time.

I am a huge fan of boba tea so I was thrilled when I found this place. Sadly, the product is just not good. Last time the tea had stale boba… they were hard and stuck together. Today’s tea had about 3 boba in it and some sort of hard crystals in it. Yuck. Expensive too. $ 5 plus for a medium? Skip this place.

Seriously, the best customer service I ever received from a frozen yogurt place. The employees there are so helpful and kind. Unlike most frozen yogurt places, this place has more than 8 varieties of flavours and millions of toppings to choose from. Everything is neat, clean, and sanitary. The only negative thing I would say is that they should have a rewards program for boba tea!

Waiting 25 minutes for one bubble tea… the cashier let a family of 4 ahead of me, then she went in the back for 15 minutes when she finally came out, she had another person’s smoothie who was apparently waiting longer than I was! I don’t understand since more st of the frozen yogurt purchases made here are self service. There is now a crowd of 20 people standing at the counter waiting to pay and no cashier… this place is terrible. Hire an additional cashier!!!

After having some dinner at the food court in the Northshore Mall, we decided to try out this frozen yogurt shop since it had a ton of customers. When we entered we were greeted by a polite employee who offered to let us try any flavors we wanted. He was receptive the whole time and definitely took care of us. Although that was the case, the froyo itself was not the best quality and 3 of the machines actually shot out liquid instead of yogurt. This was a bit agitating because the children that we were with were a bit let down. The only plus side was that they had a ton of different toppings which took the attention off the yogurt. Overall, the quality of the yogurt terrible, but the toppings were great. The employee here was very polite and made our group feel welcomed during our visit.

The Froyo did not come out of the machine the same color as the picture. Tasted like vanilla maybe. Don’t really know. Was supposed to be Reese’s Peanut Butter cup. The girl said maybe the machine was low. ok. The wait to pay with only one person in front of me was long. Melting as a waited. Counter was dirty.

Love the froyo. It’s smooth, creamy, and flavorful; not powdery tasting like some places. There’s also a large variety of toppings. No one knows how I like my froyo but me! Self serve is the way to go. I would give Tutti Frutti 5 stars but their bubble teas make me sad :(Tip to management: cook the boba a little longer and test a few before serving to customers. My friends and I had boba that were hard as rocks in our drinks. The flavor to the bubble tea drinks are also very inconsistent. I had a Thai tea that tasted like water, while my sister’s tasted delicious. Thanks to the manager for getting me a new drink though! I’ll be back for the froyo :)

I am giving this place one start because zero stars is not an option. I went there with my kids while shopping and browsing, and I must say, I was disappointed. The toppings were old, stale, and bottom line, gross. The raspberries had gone rancid, and the blackberries were not too far behind. I also got cookie dough, which tasted like cardboard basically, and very stale, indicating it was super old. The froyo was not bad, I got the cotton candy one which was very smooth and tasted like vanilla. BYTHEWAY, they don’t have any vanilla froyo. Who does that??? I love froyo, but I will never eat it here again.

Five stars for a seemingly run of the mill self serve frozen yogurt shop located in the North Shore Mall, by the food court? This place is not run of the mill at all. They had a lot of the typical toppings, but I was really impressed with the choice and quality of the fruit toppings. I’m talking real fruit, freshly chopped, not in syrup. I actually saw an employee hand chopping fruits there once. I got a pomegranate frozen yogurt with strawberries and kiwis for toppings. It tasted super fresh and fruity, which is exactly what I wanted. Tutti Frutti seems to be far above the rest in this self serve froyo thing.
