If there was a Unilocal for phone providers, I would be making this post there instead of here. When it comes to professionalism I am very sensitive to what is said and how things are handled so here’s my experience. Around the end of February I planned to switch from Verizon to T-mobile and my decision was very cautious seeing I’ve been with Verizom for almost a decade. I remember going to this T-mobile location with many questions all of which were answered attentively and with reassurance. No salesman gimmicks or marketing tricks were employed when giving me a break down of my bill and how it would be each month. I would point out one specific employee, but this team of people have continously helped educate me in the T-mobile policies and solidify me as a loyal customer whether it was returns, explaining purchases and leases or simply sharing intresting promotions and events. I have had typically an all around 100% with experience with T-mobile since signing up so if you plan to switch carriers, or have any questions on your account then I’d advise you take your business here.

The employees here are great. They will take the time to talk to you, work with you and ensure you have a great experience. They will even stay late if they have to. Always have a great attitude. This location is just a kiosk, it should be a full store; giving these people more room to be comfortable. If you have a problem, are a new customer or new a new device, they will help. Also their staff is on the same page with corporate. Believe me, I called the 800 number too many times to keep track of.
