You’ll be better off getting a «Do It Yourself» kit at Target. The service here is a literal disgrace. I have never seen such poor customer service and quality in my life. I’m speaking on behalf of my sister. We went here to have her invitations done for the wedding. The woman was super nice and has us very excited about everything. We planned all of the invitation details out and were ready to place an order. She quoted us a price and told us she’d have a proof in a week. Well, that never happened, and it took a month longer than quoted to get the actual physical invitations. Once we got the invitations there were 10 missing including the groom’s parents and the majority of the bridal party. Also, inks and fonts did not match. We agreed on a specific color of ink that was a sort of violet color and a large quantity of the return envelopes were printed in black ink. Also, many were runny as if the ink wasn’t allowed to dry properly. When my sister tried to get in touch with her about missing invites and ink issues, her phone calls were not returned. It took her FOREVER to get in touch with the woman who had now changed her pleasant attitude we had been greeted with before our purchase and was now cold and rude. My sister was trying to be nice about everything. She didn’t want to complain too much because she was still waiting for the programs and table cards to be completed… which also came in late. She wouldn’t answer her phone when we were waiting for those either! Finally we were told they’d be in(I think 2 days before the wedding) and my mother and sister when to pick them up. She had them meet her at a Starbucks and not the actual business which was nearby. When they got home with the table place cards they told me that we didn’t get the programs because UPS hadn’t delivered them yet. It was a line of bull. UPS delivers businesses before residences, so we knew she HAD them but just wasn’t finished with them. So, we started going through the place cards so that I could write the table number on them. It was terrible! They didn’t even LOOK like they were supposed to. The sample card she made my sister was double layered with a patterned border. These were a plain bent piece of card stock that I could have done with discount cardstock from Michael’s. Names were just CUTOFF of the ends of the cards and a couple of peoples names were listed as last name first even though everyone else’s was first name than last name. We were disgusted. My sister tried to call her and got no answer. Then, she called us to tell us that the programs were ready. My mom and sis again headed out to pick those up. My mother made a statement about how poor the quality has been so far and the woman argued that she only uses one color ink and treated them like they were lying. RUDE. So now they come home with the programs and that was just the icing on the cake. Again with the mismatched inks and there were different fonts on different programs! I can’t fathom how they weren’t all just the same. They’re supposed to be two sided and there were a number of them that had the same thing on both sides! How do you not see that?! There were also a ton of them that had left off peoples names as though it had been printed from some unfinished document. The service was terrible and simply unprofessional. A complete novice could have produced a better product. It is unforgivable for there to be THAT many mistakes. Every item was consistently incorrect. I mean, I’m only touching on details; this place just shouldn’t even be open for business. Do NOT go here. I implore of you, save yourself the discouragement and stress. I felt so bad for my sister. It was the only element of the wedding that was wrong and it was REALLY wrong. I’m not exaggerating when I say that you’d have a better product just by following a wedding invitation kit that you can buy at Target or Michael’s. I know there’s a ton of other places around for invitations. Like my sister said, I wouldn’t recommend this place if it were the last vendor in town.
