Just bought something here tonight and happy to see the bags they put your purchase in are really nice. Problem is mine was falling apart. I went back and asked if I could have a new one. To my surprise the guy said «we don’t switch bags like that». This was a free bag they put your purchase in and he wouldn’t give me a new one. And he was rude about it. How amazing attitudes turn after you make your purchase.

I don’t usually write reviews about shoe stores (or department stores) but I had a fantastic customer service experience yesterday and I wanted to say how refreshing and nice it was! Of course, I threw out my receipt like an idiot and don’t know the woman’s name, but she was so helpful and I picked out two pairs of great shoes. She even knew about the history of the shoe and gave me great advice about sizing (I guess newer versions are larger so you have to go down half a size). And she even put in new laces for me which was nice and something I hate doing. Great store, having a nice sale currently, and a really smart sales woman who knows how to put customers first and gain brand loyalty!
