Phil’s Towing & Recovery Service

I had a great experience with Phil’s Towing — Max in particular! He was prompt, polite and professional. There were challenges with getting my new sports car out of my garage and he was thoughtful and respectful in handling them. First rate and I would definitely use them again if needed!

I rarely deal with people as unpleasant as the men working at Phil’s Towing and Recovery. They were rude, unhelpful and dismissive. Use any other towing company if you have the chance.

Oh Em Gee, I called AAA, and the first guy who came to change my total flat for the doughnut was EXTREMELY odd (that is a whole other story, truth is stranger than fiction) and I was reassigned to Phil’s Towing. Mike showed up, in a timely manner, and was very pleasant, and willing to help. He even went the extra ten miles to take my whole other rim and tire from my basement to use THAT instead of the doughnut! Now I don’t hafta drive the doughnut to Bennett Tire, over grooved pavement, dodging manholes and the like. I won’t hafta be late for work tomorrow, because it is a legitimate tire, so all I hafta do is take the other one at my convenience. Oh, and Mike put the damaged whole wheel thingy into my trunk! I can’t be more happy. Thanks, Mike, yer a doll.

I am completely dissatisfied with Phil’s Towing. They towed my car from my apartment building because my nobody looked for my resident sticker, they towed me for trespassing. Besides that, I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come release my car, when they said they would be right there. Very rude on the phone. Worst part, they caused damage to the rear bumper, very noticeable ! When it was showed to them, they basically told us to screw & we have no proof. It was fine before they towed it! It should be zero stars!!!
