Petals Inc.

After hearing many raving reviews about Petals Inc., I decided that I wanted to call them about doing flowers for my wedding in May of this year. I was shocked with the reaction I received on the phone when I called to set up an appointment. I was told that there was no way that I would be able to have them do my wedding in May and that I had waited too long to book my florist. I just got engaged in January, I really didn’t wait, I had to cement the venue and other vendors prior to the florist (none of which had issue with the date). I asked if I could come in anyways figuring at least I could do a consult for a price and maybe something would open up, but when I was told that they might be able to fit me in over the phone next Saturday even though it really wasn’t worth it since I waited so long, I decided that I would like to take my business elsewhere. No bride wants to be scolded for planning her wedding. First impressions last a lifetime, and it’s a shame that Petals would treat their clients in this manner. Best of luck to the next bride, but remember, five months in advance is not enough time for this florist.

Cyndi and her team at Petals are simply amazing. I was really specific with what I was looking for and the types of flowers I wanted and she NAILED IT. My bouquet was about the prettiest I had ever seen. Everything from the bouquets, to the centerpieces to the cake were out of this world. I planned my wedding from 3000 miles away, and Cyndi was always super accommodating with working with the time difference and setting up times to chat. I would definitely recommend Petals to anyone planning a wedding or event.

Petals handled my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah on 5÷9÷15. Everyone involved did a fantastic job with the table arrangements and the Bimah baskets for the synagogue. The flowers were beautiful and truly added to the overall atmosphere we were trying to create. As a single Dad, I found Cindy incredibly helpful, flexible, patient and accommodating. I would not hesitate to use Petals again for any floral needs I may have. Thank you for all your help and attention to detail.

I have been working with Cindy since Feb. on my wedding flowers. My wedding is coming up in September. Cindy has been wonderful and very accommodating my needs and wants! She has guided me honestly with my budget and still I have everything I want. I will do an updated review after my wedding. I am hoping for a smooth day of getting my flowers and such!

Petals did the flowers for my wedding in June 2013. Cindy was very kind and knowledgeable. She took my ideas and turned them into something beautiful and stunning. We got lots of compliments on our flowers. I would highly recommend the service of Petals for your wedding or other events!

I was charged a good deal more than I was quoted. When I called back to calmly ask about the additional charges I was treated with great disrespect. They offered no apology for their error and accused me of being crazy for not assuming there would be any extra fees.
I do not recommend them based on poor customer service — esp when you’re preparing for a funeral.

Petals handled our October 2008 wedding, and I was so pleased with their work. They truly did an fantastic job.
My main flowers were roses and calla lilies in rich reds, oranges, and a touch of yellow to capture the feel of autumn. The bouquets, centerpieces, and altarpieces were beautiful and tasteful. They also embellished the various tables (guest, wedding cake, dessert station, etc.) with fresh red rose petals. It was a simple but elegant touch.
Wonderful. If you are looking for a wedding florist, I readily recommend Petals!
