Can’t do a no star rating. Horrible customer service. Closed my Fedex accounts and will not be using them again specifically because of my experience with this location. Had multiple customer service and customer advocacy reps try to talk them into doing their job of delivering my package, but to no avail. Be warned, if you have any kind of delivery instructions, they will not be followed and attempts to discuss the situation will simply be met with«no» or hang ups. They will not even try to work things out.

I received a package from FedEx that was last handled by this ship center. It was left out in the rain. Contents are completely damaged. Does this happen in the shipping world? Sure. Is it forgivable? Perhaps. But consider this– there is a DRY enclosed mail room no more than THREE feet away from the drop site. During a torrential downpour. Whoever delivered the package needs to be fired. I called FedEx and they claim no responsibility and state that my shipper must send another, as they were authorized to leave it without signature. This apparently saves them from any light of COMMONSENSE with how to handle cardboard and tape in moist conditions, and where is appropriate to leave things.
