I do not understand how anyone can rate this place 4 or 5 stars, the trash pickup alone is a mess. Garbage, trash and throwaway stuff hanging around for days, very ugly not to mention a health hazard. Every year the rent goes up around 100 $ but no new paint, rug cleaning or better appliances. They purchase new pool furniture instead which is only used 3 months out of the year, such a waste because it was not needed. I gave 2 stars because it is near malls and transportation and the first year living here was good, going down hill after that. If you do move here DONOT get a basement apt. You can hear every step across the ceiling. Especially if your upstairs neighbors are heavy set like mine were. This place is over priced for what you get, keep looking until you have no where else to look .Then enjoy your first year, then start looking again.

We lived for a year and it was a good experience overall. I dare you to try to find something in this price and so close to everything(malls, hospitals, schools, etc) Pros: Price, LOCATION, enough amenities. Cons: People, my car was damaged during the night and nobody saw anything.

This is the WORST apartment complex I have EVER been to let alone lived in. The staff seemed so helpful at first but the second they got you to live there they no longer care. I have sent complaints about smoking in the building, dog poop everywhere, noisy neighbors all around, laundry never being available, all were answered with a simple letter left at the door step to be nice to your neighbors pretty much. as you can guess, it did NOTHING. The rent is ridiculous and on top of that they charge 50 dollars a month PERPET. We even received threatening letters about pet waste outside, even though we have an indoor cat. Of course, the time came when we needed to leave and we were told we only needed 30 days notice and 600 dollars for our lease to break. The woman tells me she doesnt remember saying that and that we needed to give 60 days notice. No way I was paying 2MONTHS rent for a place I didnt even live in! She made some excuse like«Oh I told that to a few people, I forgot.» Now we are moving out and they have yet to tell us anything about the move out process, can’t wait to see if we get any of our deposit back at all. Definitely do not lease here!
