Diamond’s Magic

I’ve been fascinated with magic since I was a kid and about 15 years ago it became my full time hobby. I used to go to a shop in Medford but it has since closed down. They weren’t to friendly there anyway.
I desperately did a Google search and Diamonds Magic in Peabody came up. It’s 62 miles from me but only about 10 minutes further than the other shop and well worth the drive, especially on the weekend because traffic is lighter going through Boston.
This place is fantastic! I’ve been twice in a month and Vince even acknowledged on my 2^nd visit that a month earlier I was given the wrong size rubber bands for my bite out quarter that I had bought and replaced them free. I had planned on just buying the right ones but was pleasantly surprised.
The selection is huge! I bought a trick called «Unshuffled» by Anton James.
Great trick and Highly recommended! The service was great and the experience was memorable. If you love magic like I do you will feel like a kid in a candy store!

Happened on this place at the recommendation of my nephew. My son is now a young magician who attends the monthly kids club. This is owned by Vince know and he is great. Everyone who has worked there has been helpful, funny and really knowledgeable. A lot of the tricks we’ve bought are inexpensive considering how much fun we’ve had with them. The shows and lectures are great. I’ve never done a birthday there but hear it’s great.

The company has been sold, but Eddie is still there as a consultant and the new owner Vince is building on Eddie’s legacy and adding a performance space, and booking lectures and magic classes, and in future will host birthday parties. It is a friendly place to visit, they are happy to answer beginner questions, and many local and visiting magicians come by and will take time to show you how to improve. They also do a big mail order business. I have shopped there for about a year now and attented three lectues and one beginner card class. All great experiences. Met a lot of supportive friendly people. HIGHLY recommended

The only place for all your magic needs. Eddie is a real nice guy, i use to like him way more when he had his awesome mustache! if your into magic this place is for you.
