I live in town and don’t think I have ever made it through the drive through here in under about 15 minutes. The order is almost always missing something, or wrong entirely. They are «waiting» on normal menu items like chicken nuggets.

Went to the drive-​through to get the new chicken strips with gravy, they had the chicken strips but no gravy we get home and there are three little teeny tiny pieces of chicken, will never order them again.

I used to stop here almost every day for lunch, but after taking 20 minutes to prepare my food and then be told it would be another 5 or 6 minutes I asked for a refund so that I could return to work on time. The manager was completely rude, her response was «mmkay» when I told her how long I was waiting. 25 minutes was far too long to wait for ONE item while I watched 7 or 8 other cars leave behind me in the drive thru. I thought they forgot about me after 15 minutes waiting. Service was fine any other day, except for some of the staff seeming unprofessional at times with their friends hanging out by the registers.
