Well, the plumber fixed my broken pipe but didn’t have the parts to finish the job, so he left a big muddy hole in the front yard with instructions on where I could get the final part to install and fill in the hole myself. I did all of that, but: I. Am. Not. Impressed.
I will not use them again.
P. S. the part was available at Pine Hardware, 5 minutes away…
