We love Tadka it’s just as good as Bombay house in Provo. We get take out all the time. We especially love the chicken tikka masala.

The food was pretty good. I would definitely order the butter chicken. We got the Chicken Marsalla as well but it wasn’t very good. The service was overbearing at times and absent at others. Give it a try with the Groupon, otherwise their food is overpriced.

I will come here every time I am near! It is a small place on a forlorn highway but the people and the food are absolutely out of this world. It is worth the journey from anywhere and I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Good food but nothing special. The rice came with the entrée so that was nice and the naan was delicious. There wasn’t a big difference in taste from the butter chicken and the coconut chicken dish.

I may have just gotten some bad dishes… but it wasn’t great. The channa roti is amazing but the curries weren’t very good.

Good food. The staff is very personable. I’m a clean freak and like that I never have to worry about the restaurant being dirty.

Best Indian restaurant I’ve tried to date. Have been to many Indian restaurants in & around Los Angeles, and they have them beat. Flavors & spices are spot on. Try their butter chicken. It’s heavenly! Happy belly!

In Payson visiting family. They recommended coming to Tadka. The food was amazing and the service was great. Sandeep was our server. He is very friendly and helped us pick a delicious plate. The chicken tikka masala was very good! I am now a fan of Indian cuisine!

Authentic Indian cuisine, and fantastic customer service. Not to mention that the chef is very experienced, and has a tasteful/unique cooking style, special to the restaurant. Food is fair priced.

The food is great comparable to Bombay House but they are around $ 2 more. I like it but not enough to go back again, unless I’m in the area and craving Indian food.

Great Indian food and great service. As a south Utah county resident, I am thrilled to have it so close and hope it thrives.

I am always surprised at taste discoveries I find here. The rice is wonderfully aromatic and mushroom chicken was today’s pleasant surprise. The mango coconut shake(vegan) was amazing and the owner just came out with ice cream for us to try out. The quality of the food is worth driving an hour and a half to enjoy

Pros: –friendly & knowledgeable staff – waitress explained what the dish was upon bringing our appetizer – very informative A+! –food is pretty good – we ordered chicken tikka masala, tadka snacks, Saag paneer, chicken coconut kurma & Tandoori chicken –clean, nice environment Cons: –a bit overpriced for the quality of food – I’ve had better tasting Indian food elsewhere for $ 2 – 3 less per dish –naan bread not as good as the ones I’ve had – it’s not crispy at all – just doughy In general, I judge the Indian restaurant based on their chicken tikka masala. Theirs is 3⁄5 for me, compared to the ones I’ve had at other Indian places. Tip: each dish comes with a large bowl of rice – if you plan on ordering naan, order only 2 for 4 people. We didn’t know it and over ordered – came away stuffed and had to to-go some of the food.

Looking for something different on a Saturday evening. High ratings on Unilocal!(and a coupon) convinced us to try it. It’s just a little place West of Payson Hospital about ½ block. We were there about 8:00pm, and the parking lot was empty. Not a good sign. But as it turns out, we got the whole restaurant to ourselves, and an absolutely fantastic meal to boot! We shared the Tadka Snacks as an appetizer. Delicious! My personal favorite was the Vegetable samosa. Two different dipping sauces, one sweet, and one that reminded me of garlic/cilantro accompanied the plate. Really enjoyed this. For the main course, we chose Butter Chicken, and Vegetable Coconut Kurma, both medium heat. Heat level was about that of Tabasco, with the Kurma being just a tad hotter than the Chicken. Both dishes had wonderful flavors, though my personal favorite was the Chicken. The servings were generous, leaving enough for a light lunch as a leftover. Both were served in a unique and ornate metal serving dish that was heavy enough to keep it hot for the duration of the meal. The interior is clean and sparse, with murals on the walls depicting Indian people, scenery, and landmarks. The waitress was pleasant, happy and knowledgeable about the menu. When I had a question about the check, the owner quickly came to answer my questions, and we visited for a few minutes. Overall it was a great dining experience, and we would go back in a heartbeat. Dinner for two including appetizer, two entrees, Naan, and tip came to about $ 35.
