Wendy’s

This place got renovated fairly recent but that’s all it was. My wife and I come here when we’re desperate and lazy. We go through the drive thru when we do go there. So we live really close to Wendy’s and you would think the food would stay hot but nope barely warm. Every time I order the staff taking it are miserable but at least we get a «thanks» and the exterior looks nice. They do get our order right. So it remains to be a last minute and lazy day kind of place.

Gross, Gross, Gross! ordered spicy nuggets you would swear were salt packets, burgers forget it. I threw my whole meal where it belonged in the trash. Tried calling to tell a manager (which I’ve never done) phone rang and rang. Be assured I will never spend another penny in this crap hole ever again.

Waited almost 20 min for someone to take my order. Customer service was stale and not welcoming.

Out of all the fast food burger joints, Wendy’s is my favorite, but this location just can’t get it right. I can literally walk to this location from my house and that’s the only reason why I come here. I have to say 9 out of 10 times they get my order wrong or forget something. I have learned to not leave without thoroughly checking my bags. Now don’t get me wrong the food, when I don’t have to wait because they got something wrong, is pretty darn tasty especially the salads.

I work in Pawtucket and have for the last 3 years. I have to go here out of desperation every couple of months and every trip is a nightmare. Check your bag for everything before you drive away because you can expect at least one error.

After seeing the Mighty Mighty Bosstones and the Dropkick Murphys play at McCoy Stadium in Pawtucket, RI, we were going to make the long drive back to Boston when we saw the warm glow of a Wendy’s in front of us.
The drive-​through clerk managed to take orders from me and the three slightly drunk guys in my car and give us everything we ordered correctly (I love those screens where you can see what they’re inputting for you order!). The food was some of the best that I’ve ever had from a fast-​food drive through — hot and fresh at 11 pm! They even gave us the extra sweet & sour sauce that we asked for.
Honestly, if I had to deal with 4 idiots from Boston all yelling burger orders at once, I’d probably lose my cool, but the staff was patient and polite, and got us fed and on our way quickly.
