Today I had a terrible experience. We will all admit we have that last resort nail salon & this happens to be mine. Due to lack of both quality & experience. After directing my nail tech who happen to be new he continued to do his own thing. cutting all of what I had for toe nails and leaving me with one hand of long nails while the other remained short. I hate having to bite my tongue but it was clear he was clueless as to what he was doing and there for I will NEVER return to that nail salon.

I’ve been going here for years! I am loyal to my nail tech Jackie, never disappointed by her work! I’ve recommended many people to her. Do not let the environment of the place hold you back, it does not reflect how well there work is. Hannah, Sophi, Lin, John, they’re all great!

I wish they had some more pictures of designs they can add to real nails (gel).
Price: about average prices.
You definitely leave there with smooth soles and feeling like a million dollars.

Be realistic people… You are going to a typical bargain nail salon in Pawtucket. If you can ignore the surroundings you will be very happy with your manicure. The appearance of this place in no way reflects the great work these guys do!

I had been going here for years and then Gloria & Billy left unexpectedly and others took over. Not a good transition. They are slower and it’s just not the same. The new person doing pedicures has me bleeding each time and I noticed the cleanliness is lacking. I have changed places and will not be back

Pretty nails is my one stop for my nails and eyebrows! They’re quick and always do an awesome job. plus their techs do really cute designs when you ask them too! plus they are reasonably priced.

When we first moved here, I would drive into the city to get my nails done ($ 60 a pop)…I had them done at several places in Prov, a real estate agent recommended each of them. It was horrible!!! I met a woman at (where else???) Dunkin’ Donuts and her nails looked awesome. She told me to go to Pretty Nails, I’ve had them done there ever since. (OK, it’s been a year). And now it cost only $ 20 total with tip. Gloria is amazing!!! Billy is also but I would choose Gloria first. The place isn’t high on décor (they are going to redecorate soon) but for 20 bucks — can’t really complain. I feel sorry for myself when we move back to the tri-​state area — I have to start with the 60 bucks again.
