Piezoni’s

The driest pizza I have ever eaten. I wanted to give this new location a chance but dry pizza is awful. For pizza, there are better places to go to.
Before I tried their pizza, I once tried their chicken Caesar wrap at the new location. It was mediocre. Not yucky but not out of this world either. Again, there are better places to go to in the area.

Usually get salads here, and they’re typically pretty good. But the $ 5 chicken noodle was the absolute worst excuse of a soup I have ever seen. Little broth, not one single noodle, and only two small pieces of chicken.

Just got our order and we’re pretty disappointed. We ordered a buffalo chicken sub, tuna sub, and garlic cheesy bread. The cheesy bread was small and soggy in the middle. They forgot the blue cheese for the buffalo sub, and they didn’t even toast it. The chicken was pretty cheap and rubbery.
They used to be a lot better, won’t be going back there.

Eh, I liked it better when they first opened — I am not sure if it was because they had trainers from other stores on hand teaching them or what — but as of right now I could not give them more than 3 stars, which is disappointing.
The boneless wings that were once delicious seem to come a different way even though I have ordered the same thing, the same way, every time. (One time they had barely any hot sauce, once they were drenched in it, some times they wrap them in tin foil which keeps them moist, other times they just dump them in the container).
The pizza — tastes the same but the crust is off — it almost seems stale. I would stick to the Sicilian style (square) pizza so you avoid a lot of crust… again consistency is lacking — depending on who is working will decide how much toppings you get…
If this place had managers that stressed consistency — this place could kill the local competition — too bad it looks like they have a lot of kinks to work out right now!

Piezoni’s used to be my go to place when they were 2.5 miles away from my house. Since moving to the new location, the delivery times have been horrendous. Especially since they’re only half a mile away.
The last 3 times I ordered, the delivery has taken over an hour, even though I was told 30 – 45 minutes.
Each of the 3 times I’ve called at the 45 minute mark, I’ve been told, «the driver left 15 – 20 minutes ago, he should be arriving shortly,» and then arrives another 10 – 15 minutes later.
That’s completely unacceptable seeing that I live half a mile away from the place. That’s a 3 minute drive.
Food is also inconsistent. I usually order the steak salad. Once, it came with lettuce ceaser cheese and croutons. Another time, it came with mixed greens, tomatoes, olives, peppers and feta cheese.
I called to complain and all they offered was a half off discount on my next salad. The 3^rd salad I ordered came a completely different way from the previous 2.
My wife and kids love the Mixed Green pizza, which is always correct. For that reason, the 3 star. Based on my own merit, it would have been a 2.
