Electrician R US

Was very impressed at the beginning. At the end of the day could not resolve what I thought was a simple problem (lights that were installed not working correctly) but stated that he (the electrician) would come back the next day to resolve. I paid the total bill in full and the check was cashed the very same day. After 5 tries over a two week period to get the electrician to come back out, he came out and stated that he would research the problem and get back with me the next day. That was over a week ago. I’ve come to the conclusion that I will have to resolve this problem on my own. Be sure that the work is complete before you surrender full payment.

They called me on a Tuesday and scheduled an appointment for Friday to come and do a job rewiring some ceiling lights. They took my address and said they would be here on Friday morning. Friday came around and of course they never showed up or even called to apologize. I would not recommend this company at all. Extremely unprofessional!

Just had the guys at Electricians R Us do some work around the house for us last week. They gave us an excellent price and were quick to fit us into their busy work schedule.
First, we had several minor things fixed, including: installation of an emergency furnace shut off switch and firematic, updating and securing of various wiring elements both indoors and outdoors, etc.
But perhaps, the most impressive work they did was performing the major task of replacing our old electrical panel with a new one. This was no small job and they got it done not just quickly, but with care and attention to detail too! They even cleaned up any and all messes they made during their work!
All in all, my family was very impressed with these electricians on every level. They were extremely professional, personable, considerate, and highly accomodating!
I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing work done without hesitation!

I scheduled an estimate for yesterday. No call, no show. I called them an hour after our scheduled time and left a message on their voice mail. Their outgoing message says they will call back within an hour. I never heard from them. Very unprofessional.

We had work done by this company. They came right out and did the work. They never took pictures or kept damaged parts for the insurance company so we could be reimbursed. Therefore we were unable to recoup our $ 8000.00. One would think they would know this is standard procedure for an insurance claim. I called and spoke to Dave and he said he would take care of it. I faxed him all the papers from the insurance company. then never heard from him. My mother is elderly and they took advantage of her! As for the work that was done.2 of the base boards do not work and never did! They put in cheap thermostats that have to be manually turned on. They said they would come in and replace them and they never showed up. never returned calls. My mother had to run space heaters all winter long after paying $ 8000.00 to this company. Most unprofessional company in RI. Stay away!
