I’ve ordered from this place a bunch of times and never ever had an issue. Today how ever I ordered two medium pizzas one medium pepperoni and one pan extra cheese half sausage half chicken. The employee on the phone, a male, asked me to repeat myself and so I did. I feel like I was very clear. When the pizza was delivered the pan pizza had a onion in it and the pepperoni was a cheese pizza. No pepperoni. I was upset because it was suppose to be a fathers day suprise but I knew dominos wouldnt mind giving me a credit. When I called I spoke to a Liz rodriguez. She was interrogating me. I told her to look at my order history because I never ever ordered just a cheese pizza I have always ordered a pepperoni. She was reluctant to even give me a credit. I told her look I’m trying to be reasonable so that the driver doesnt have to come back. She told me to hold and hung up and me. I called back immediately and she stated that she didnt hang up on me. I work at a call center so I know for a fact that she did. She was rude and acted as if I was lying. I told her that I’m a regular customer there and I would never lie. Hands down the worst customer service ever. I felt so stupid. I hope to talk to the manager and get this sorted out because I’m not letting her get away with the way she treated me especially since I always tip the drivers even when I barely have a dime. Liz rodriguez if youre reading this, if you cant be respectful to your customers maybe you shouldn’t work with people.

I’ve got the best Domino’s Pizza shop in RI! The staff is the best at making the tastiest pizzas to order, great crust, ample toppings, delicious cheese. This isn’t your mama’s take-out — this is restaurant quality pizza! I was a little leary of the online app, but the delivery person arrives in no time with the most delicious HOT pizza. You can’t go wrong with this staff — thanks guys!

Horrible customer service, not willing to take dominos raffle paper gift certificates, or coupons. Rude and they take forever to show up, drivers bump music and delay delivery just sitting in the car. I will pick up from the north prov store rather then ever deal with this ghetto store again.

love the food and prices… only thing stopping a 5 is the employees. if you get delivery its fine but if you pick up its not so great plus its not the greatest part of town.

Domino’s the company is fine. As a food chain, they’re generally consistent, although I have gotten some burnt and oversauced pizza since I’ve ordered from them. Their delivery drivers are generally quick and arrive in a timely fashion. Pickup is a breeze. The customer service isn’t bad. They just don’t really make an effort to make you feel like you want to be there or want to come back to the store. That is also evident by how small the space is. The waiting area is basically the size of a medium closet space. All the store’s space is given to the baking and employees, which is fine but it doesn’t foster a feeling of wanting to visit. Maybe that’s Domino’s secret plan, do away with pickup and push delivery. The pizzas are good. Not the best, but far from the worst I’ve ever had. However, their thin crust pizza is the most inconsistent and the most delicious… when they do it right. Most times it comes out crunchy but not too burnt and easily enjoyable. But far more times than I’d like, it resembles a charred Doritos chip with not enough sauce, not enough cheese and cut into whatever oblong shape the baker decides. Sloppy sloppy sloppy.

4 stars on the Pizza, It was exactly how I ordered it. The chicken was terrible I threw the entire box away. I don’t blame it on the cook though, I really just hated the recipe.

My food is always hot. Even in a winter storm delivery is fast and correct. For a pizza chain they are definitely above par.

So it’s a chain, and I can’t say I ever expect too much from chains. However, this Dominos has consistently proved my preconceived notions about chain restaurants absolutely and completely wrong. Generally, I use the online ordering. I find this takes the chance of miscommunication out of the equation. It’s easy to log in, find your restaurant, and customize your order. Prices are reasonable, and food is always decent quality. The online portal has a tracker that shows what is happening with your order at that moment, from being received, prepped, cooked, checked, and out for delivery. Very handy! Tonight, they actually made a mistake on my order, which I actually thought was my fault, so I didn’t say anything. About 10 minutes after the delivery, another delivery driver was at my door with my correct order, free of charge, and an apology. Very professional, very impressive! Of all of my delivery/pick up experiences in Pawtucket, any interaction with this Dominos takes the grand prize!

It’s a Domino’s, so I can’t say that it’s the best pizza I’ve ever had, but it isn’t half bad for the price. We’ve ordered a couple of times via the website ordering interface and find that it’s super convenient. You can place your order via a secured website and very user-friendly website, and then you can monitor the progress of your delivery on the website. The Domino’s workers update the status of your order right on the web. For example, you can see when«Marco is prepping your order!» and when it goes out for delivery. This is very convenient when you live in a multi-unit building with no buzzers or doorbells. Last but not least, the delivery drivers have always been punctual, polite and friendly.
